He's not answering my question about lots of very small purchases, so perhaps they never happened, who knows? Why stop at break-even? If he thinks £15 is a 'realistic low ball offer', I think we should ask for more!
@unhooked.
I noticed opulentia's obsession with daily buying too.
He is now the single biggest shareholder in MF (no, not motley fool!!).
As he is such a believer maybe he would buy our shares at break-even price?
No it doesnt. they just refinance it. like they did in 2020
opulentia, I admire your conviction. I am also a holder, so we hope for the same things here. What's striking about you is that you appear to be purchasing small amounts of shares pretty much on a daily basis. How do you do that? Don't you get crippled by commissions? Or are you using one of these newfangled commission-free 'order-flow' type arrangements? I don't mind your bullishness but one thing I know for sure - a realistic low-ball offer will not need to be anything like as high as £15, not with the price where it is today!
Opu - hair splitting perhaps, but the debt is being serviced (ie interest being paid) now. It needs to be paid back in 2024.
You are certainly earning it today Opulentia !
I am a cautious bull here, not because its a great company/great products/ management, because it isnt/hasnt,but because as a trader it is at an area where money on probability will be made.I know the purists will howl at my fickleness !!.For what its worth,I have opened a half size position 381 and will buy again at 291.Hard stop on both is/will be 180.Will look for a swing to around 600 over the next 6months.I have made money trading this but as a buy and hold,NO.
Different approach for different folks, best of luck to all.
I increased my holdings here to just over 18500 shares today, average £4.39. I'm convinced this is the bottom and come November our share price will start with a 5 (and not 50p, before you say!).
DT
Hence a £15 per share would have to be a realistic low ball offer if the Company was to become a takeover target!!,
GLA LTH Now you can see why the Sp is being manipulated???
Nuri, current asset value is around $9 Billion, less the $4 billion of debt, leaves $5 Billion,
with the debt not requiring servicing until Mid 2024, and sales of $3 billion I ant understand why you insist on this being at Junk Status, are you for real!!!!!! we will have a positive cash flow earnings when its announced in November, you can come back and apologies then,
GLA LTH Prob Cheapest 250 stock around at the moment , with a dividend review also coming along in the not too distant, imo
opulentia - it doesn't need news to go down... $4 billion of debt; falling sales; irrelevant software patches for last century code; botched systems integration; pathetic leadership. All good reasons to explain why this is valued at $1 billion. Junk status in my view
An incredible 20% discount to the last 4 weeks trading, quite a fall on no news, while every other software Company has been increasing in value, someone has been trying to force the Sp down these past 4 weeks, so imo it looks like were in for quite a rebound over the next four weeks,
GLA LTH DYOR , looks Tasty imo
