Funny it is coming from an "investor" like you.I feel sorry for long-term investors like jointhedots and others, having said that do think that "p&d" merchants would damage shareprice short, medium and long-term as quite often they lure private investors in to exit with 10% and these sort of investors would want to exit as soon as possible. If you are in for a quick trade say so!
jointhedots and others
my apologies...
unfortunately there are times when you have to educate the uneducated....otherwise they never learn...
"Wow, you are one of a kind, I dont know what "delisting " means please enlighten me and people were made to sell them at a big loss."
nobody was "made" to do anything....they stopped being listed on AIM like others (eg Fastjet etc ) as it is too expensive for some tiddlers and not worth their while financially given all the rules and regulations .....they either trade on another market or as a private company with shareholders....LFRC became a private company with shareholders
The PI's didnt know what to do and panicked ....so the SP dropped..and they panicked some more......just called market trading...sellers/buyers ..what they did was their own decision.. too many were gamblers and short term holders of course ...not really "investors"
This is becoming a trolls, summer holiday destination, hope theyb don't stay through the August break or it could get very hot on this BB.
I'm resisting the temptation to engage them, we all need to do the same - there is no stopping idiots and nasties from posting.
Wow, you are one of a kind, I dont know what "delisting " means please enlighten me and people were made to sell them at a big loss.
" as you were encouraging others to buy just before de-listing."
GET A GRIP... i don't "encourage" I merely make the point of the situation..but someone like you CANNOT HAVE ANY HOPE of seeing that
You don't know what de-listing means ..you thought it meant administration
You don't know what ramping means ..you just use it whenever it suits you
Those new buyers in LFRC were laughing ..they screwed the private investor and bought them for nothing.... why do you think they bought over 3% each ??
and no doubt you were too clueless to realise what was happening....
Wow , ask them shareholders their holdings are nearly worthless, if this is not ramping and I dont what is . I remember having a debate with you on lfrc bb, what happened afterwards is history as you were encouraging others to buy just before delisting.

if I am not wrong then you were ramping cloudbuy and lfrc knowing fully well that they were getting delisted
yes you are wrong ..
with LFRC ..there was nothing wrong with them getting listed from AIM ..they continued trading with shareholders... and the price they scared private investors down to..who didn't know what de-listing meant ...made the shares very, very cheap.... hence they were bought up in their millions by those new owners who had to TR-1 as a consequence ...
Maybe you were one of those who didn't understand what de-listing actually means ...and panicked
With Cloudbuy I said again...the MCAP before listing went down to £130k...the shares weren't cancelled...they were merely delisted from AIM ...... I gave a reason o the fact that even if they went bust the assets would probably be worth more than £130k..I wasnt " ramping" and this isnt "ramping"
"MCAP - £163k .... Looking really cheap now...... their software and domain name must be worth way more than that ...and with more invested in the PHBChoices this could turn the corner, especially with the Admin costs now cut back .."
I also made it clear about the company position
"If the resolutions dont go through...then the alternative will soon be administration. The money will just run out. There is no equity in the company( they owe Sella nearly £6m and the admin costs of funding Directors etc will just push the company to the wall. The cancellation of the Singapore contract was the final nail in the coffin. PHBChoices isnt bringing in the budgeted revenue either, so with little chance of a further fund raise...the choices are few. Doesnt say much when there isnt a single Institutional Investor to turn to for funds."
I doubt you even know what "ramping" means .... but happy to put your "memory" straight
Poker you are british answer to Mother Theresa , if I am not wrong then you were ramping cloudbuy and lfrc knowing fully well that they were getting delisted and rest is history.
shamI89
you are looking around and trying to watch for a low to take a punt...and when you do...anyone who"pumps" the price will be great ..once you have your buy.....don't mock pumpers when in fact you would be only to happy to sail on their boat
We all know what that" worth a look" means .However looks like you have chosen a wrong share to pump and dump.
shamI89
looking to buy low and churn a 10% profit ?
The volumes yesterday and today are low.....when there is low volume and few buyers about..the sellers has to take what is offered.....the MM's have to keep a liquid market ..so...in the summer holiday period ...with potential no news for 2-3-4 weeks+ then many don't want to enter the market ... c'est la vie
For some the "pain" of a paper loss may be getting to them....and they want out...
Can't really understand why any PI's would be selling at this price which is all time ever low nearly. A definite hold & probably add more tbh. But, yes agreed i sort of expected this would bounce up a bit from the lows. As probably no news here for a couple months this could well drift lower. Wait & see for now!
usually should have settled by now .... still a lot of selling....... B
Some well known "p&d" merchants are on it.Everything is set to go apart from fools who can be lured into buying this .
