Lols,, Ronnie trump, wasn't buying DISH when it was trading circa 1p,,, it went up 50% and now he's the face of BigDish,,
The guys a complete muppet..
Tried to convince him to buy DISH @ 1p , but he talks better than he listens..
Jolly good weekend all.
Looks like Ronald wants in here first thing Monday and believes he can make it cheaper by spouting nonsense on the board. Bad luck Ronald, open will be way above Fridays close but don’t worry there will still be plenty of money to be make one positive news flow kicks in.
Ronnie, thanks for giving up your Sunday to inform anyone who listens to you about what you aren't buying..Pop into Lidl , tell the customers there what you're not buying, you might somebody who gives a toss.
AIM is all about risk.
Reward
Secure funding
Takeover
Sale of asset
Risk
Placing (unlikely given the level required)
Reward massively outplays risk here.
I would be very cautious investing here, for me ot worth the risk, better plays out there imo.
The Facility has a maturity of four years and is repayable quarterly with a margin of LIBOR + 10%
BCG we’re selling prior to the news on the funding.
Next pointless question?
Think Ronald needs impeaching.
20th December RNS
It's like robbing Peter to pay paul as the saying goes
Obviously wasn't in a position to pay it's current obligations so had to seek alternate borrowings to keep the wolves at bay
Worrying thing is at what rate have they had to agree for this new facility with a new lender to clear old debts.
If you'd done even the tiniest bit of research you would have noted BCG were selling b4 this news broke.
Institutions buy and sell for many varied reasons but your implication does not stack up in this case.
GL.
Wake up a major holder dumps almost 2% of the entire issued shares and current holders continues to view things through rose tinted specs.
Never a good sign !!
Not a good sign when a major holder ditches almost half there stock shortly after the recent fiasco.
Something doesn't smell right, imo
If I was an holder I'd be following the lead of BCG and heading for the exit door.
