any idea how long till re submission ?
Sure, thought that Aforti talks were dropped as they were approached by another target. Turned up it was only the need to amend the transaction timescale and technicalities. Again it's only my observations from what is availeable when digging around..
Hoping you are correct.
Back on 8th July you suggested Highway had a better offer,
suggesting a different deal.
Newly formed Aforti plc will take over EMI licence holding business and HWC plc at the same time becoming listed entity. Probably this way due to Aforti Holding already being listed in Poland and it's only their subsidary Aforti exchange that was to be listed on LSE from the very beginning
Highway was the UK Company - Polish Aforti RTO - Change name to Aforti
Incorporate UK Company named Aforti - list
In the second case no need for Highway
That what I am basing my assumption that soon we will become Aforti.
It is not dream outcome IMO but considsering that they are taking over Greek business with EMI licence and raising few millions at the same time the goal will be to complete rto before the end of the year to passport the service across the EU.
It may be going places, could be a slow start with valuation around £10m max my rough guess but possibly it will get better
I see Maciej Szytko is a Director of the recently UK Incorporated Aforti
I guess this has nothing to do with Highway, apart from him being
one of our Directors.
As Aforti do not now intend to reverse into Highway.
pawplenty is this from mac ?
Hi. What makes you think there is news on the way?
It should be by the end of the year when RTO will materialise (while EU regulations are in place).
We are lucky that our main shareholder did not let HWC die just kept calm and carried on. .
I was hoping for something MEGA here, and although it may not be a 10 bagger on return, at least initially, but being back in trading should be a piece of great news at the end of this weirdest of all 2020..
Hats off for MS already and lets wait for the news, it shouldn't be long now
sent e mail to mac still non the wiser.
strange that aforti want to go for an IPO rather than an RTO with all the TAX benefits that it brings!!!!
one day who knows
just as i thought 2 plus 2 equals 5
now what happens
just as i thought 2 plus 2 equals 5
now what happens
looks lik aforti will have an IPO not a RTO.
The Management Board of Aforti Holding SA with its registered office in Warsaw, hereinafter: "Company", "Issuer" in reference to the current report ESPI 40/2020 of July 8, 2020, informs that today, i.e. on July 22, 2020, the Company concluded an agreement with a broker operating on the British market, EGR Corporate Broking Ltd based in London (Agreement).
In accordance with the concluded Agreement, EGR Corporate Broking Ltd is to lead to the indirect listing of the Issuer's subsidiary, Aforti Exchange SA with its registered office in Warsaw on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE), and to obtain up to EUR 5 million as part of a private non-public offering, and another 4, GBP 5 million in an IPO on the LSE. The publication should take place within six months from the conclusion of the Agreement.
Under the Agreement, EGR Corporate Broking Ltd will act as the sole financial advisor and as a leading broker. The agreement provides for the conclusion of additional agreements with other entities involved in the project, including other brokers.
The concluded Agreement is the implementation of the strategy announced in the current report 11/2018 of April 4, 2018, consisting in the publication of Aforti Exchange on one of the foreign stock exchanges. The Issuer will inform about taking the next important steps in the next current reports.
just a thought where does it say the name highway capital in any of the announcements 2 plus 2 = 5
The Management Board of Aforti Holding SA with its registered office in Warsaw hereinafter: "Company", "Issuer" informs that today, i.e. July 8, 2020 due to the expiry of the deadline specified in the letter of intent as the transaction completion date, which changed the assessment of the transaction by the Company, the Issuer decided not to continue cooperation with the company listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange in the scope of achieving the goal indicated in the letter of intent described in the current report ESPI No. 18/2020 of April 14, 2020.
At the same time, the Issuer would like to inform that the publicity of Aforti Exchange on one of the foreign stock exchanges remains a strategic goal and the subject of ongoing activities of the Aforti capital group. Currently, scenarios are being considered to achieve the above objective, among others by making public at LSE in London. In connection with this, talks are under way with a broker operating on the British market, supporting the Issuer's group in the implementation of this project.
maybe they are trying to renegotiate the deal.
just seen news on aforti, on web site.
what news on future ?
where did you get your info from ?
better offer is that your thoughts ?
Well, the RTO with Aforti has just been cancelled officially and they will not be going ahead. Aforti CEO said they still want to list in London so there is always a glimmer of hope, or in reality, it's more of a naivety... that its because Highway has a better offer on the table...
gone really quiet, aforti seems to have stopped its rise, any body know whats happening.are peterhouse involved
in raising capital ?
If it goes ahead Highway will be Aforti and we will be Aforti shareholders.
