I have tried to paint a clear picture about share holders within a company and how they can operate, it is all subject to share holders agreement.
Yes, what I said about the big share dump on Friday is speculative, but every single poster that talks this sp up or down or guesses and fixes the pump, owc etc etc, is too. That's ok isn't it, it would be quiet here without discussion. I'm quite happy to be wrong, it hasn't cost anybody anything.
At least we'll know about my speculation sooner rather than later. Some have been waiting years to get their ideas confirmed, or not.
P.S. This is not the dissolution of a partnership.
Paint a clear picture? Nothing you posted is more than speculative. We can all make **** up and post it.
Not always true. I know some ex senior partners in a rifinery, they knew when they joined they could buy shares.
But it was written should they leave, you turn them in at an agreed price. To then be redistributed.
Now as I said, DrT was being blamed for his own demise so yes got a rubbish deal. There is no way Hurr would allow DrT to reap the benefits from its future successes.
Anyway, I have tried my best to paint a clear picture, we'll see Monday morning. Bottom line, like most here I want to see the SP climb. However that happens. And I am whole heartedly sorry if I have called it wrong. But it's only discussion so really no harm in that is there. I'm not here to rial anyone.
If he owned the shares he owned the shares. He could well have had to give up rights to benefits such as options/warrants based on performance but whatever he owned, he owned.
Let's not make the narrative more complex than it actually is.
He 'did' own them, providing under the employment of Hurricane.
It happens in alot of companies. Big wigs especially, if you own company shares, when you 'go' you turn them in.
The hurt was having to wait for the SP to be low, 2.7p, and of course, happens 1 week after Mr M.
Hurr proved Trice damaged the company, the share price aniliation is simply part of his punishment.
If all was well and Trice was right, he would have got dividend payouts on his holdings, works both ways.
Now Planted, I have listened to you and your Mother Trucker Rig for a few months now, never was rude or said balls to you. Show me the same please. And, so far everything you said actually was bo****ks.
Let's be respectful.
Complete b@ll@cks
Trice owns the shares they were not on loan?
Why were they on loan?
If Trices' contract included the shares, until such time he was no longer, then he would have to sell....
See the shares like a company car, it's yours till you leave, then company will claim it back, any damage done you are going to pay for. It's a perk, then he lost it after Hurricane proved his shares were next to worthless. That's the damage part, he heavily lost out. Which actually means, their is huge confidence the SP is going up and Trice is entitled to zip.
Keep up, says Keep Well.

Someone closed their short and book.
News of who it was will come soon.
My view, it ain’t trice
He doesn’t need the money with the massive house he has.
Planted, CA just increased, doubt very much it's them.
