You need to know who you are going to install before you remove anyone. It could irreparably damage the business if you leave no continuity or put in a BOD that senior management are not prepared to co-operate with.
“just can’t see how post the strangely brutal kitchen sink of company assets conducted last September, HUR cannot come up with a “better than expected” CPR here, particularly, as HUR acreage lies in the predominantly prolific West of Shetland area”
IMOO, HUR is now in for a relatively significant resource upgrade later this month with the publication of this now long overdue company CPR, and fully agree that West of Shetland region is generally a very rich area; any “Kitchen Sinking” here (if/when indeed required) should only have occurred/been formally communicated post a very comprehensive, and truly independent CPR, DYOR.
How about, CA call for an EGM to sack the BOD's?
"Good Post Albie."
Thank you Tuxedo8 - I am concerned that a negative CPR mandated by a dour, lacklustre, management team, could be being contrived.
To make HUR succeed we need a more dynamic, communicative and driven crew at the helm than this lot, or at the very least a major shake up with a little more skin added into the game to boot.
Let’s hope CA’s interests are more aligned to the small inverter.
" However, the Fund has found the board of Hurricane to be both indecisive and obstructive. Therefore, it now intends to take appropriate action in order to maximise Hurricane's potential."
Good!
I know CA are acting in their own interest but for me as a voiceless pi my interests are very much aligned with CA's at this moment in time.
We have a very important CPR due out soon, I hope it doesn't reflect their paymasters negativity, namely HUR Management's 'in house' OiP estimates.
Would be good if CA's 'oil men' could be involved somehow before the CPR release.
