Gold up $37 or 2% so far today. Nice.
Would not disagree with any of the recent comments, but lets not forget Q1 and Q2 are going to be challenging as pretty much stated in the 2021 outlook. Onwards and upwards from these levels. GL all
It is a crazy valuation Danny...
As cheerful noted the other other day the, the Malian government have paid 11 million for a 10% stake just in Yanfolila. That's a fair valuation of 110 millions USD or 80 Million GBP just for Yanfolila and nothing else .
Given that's where we are albeit a little softer with SC selling and a couple of disappointing AISC updates, I can't help but think that the granting of the mining licence at Korroussa will probably double the mcap here rather quickly. If we can get to circa 30p on positive gold price and improved production updates before the licence, is actually granted then we could possibly be in for a very good trip from these levels.
Just a reminder from a recent news update guys.
The gold production, development and exploration company with assets in Mali, Guinea and Liberia updates on the 2021 exploration drilling programme at the Yanfolila gold mine, Mali. As noted in the Company's Mineral Resource Estimate ("MRE") announcement on 30 March 2021, the Company's 2021 exploration drilling programme is focused on increasing mineral resources at known deposits and testing new greenfield targets. Approximately 5,800 metres ("m") have been drilled so far in 2021, which includes 3,367 m of reverse circulation ("RC") drilling at Sanioumale East ("SE") and 2,474 m of diamond core drilling at Komana East ("KE"). The drill results from SE and KE show continued resource upside potential at both deposits, as recently highlighted in the MRE announcement. With the SE drill holes continuing to intersect mineralisation, the results highlight the potential for SE to be a material deposit, building on the positive 2020 exploration results which led to an increase of SE's JORC compliant MRE to 204,000 ounces ('oz')
It's a crazy valuation looking at the cash and future prospects
Evening.
Fewer production issues would indeed be nice and hopefully that's what we'll see through 2021 but at anything like £50m profit pa against a £75m mcap plus the other promising asset(s) to be developed this is an obvious takeover target.
I've got almost an outright expectation, that we'll see $2,200+ Gold this year so that £50m pa profit could well become £100m even if everything else stands still.
I'm penciling in 86p here if the ducks line up over the next quarter or two and 130p beyond that - I like a gap-up to c23p on the right news sometime soon.
Pasofino are presenting at 121 Mining Investment in May this year. There‘s a short company intro which includes major holder info. This includes Hum Director holdings (Earnie Nutter 10%, Daniel Betts 8%)

What a surprise, another uninformed and total nonsense pose from the usual troll donkeydropper.
Golden Prospect Precious Metals reported trebling their HUM holding whilst SC are selling.

q1 and the SP in general is absolutely unimportant for me ... what i want is stable production after opening the new pits , a growing resource and the second project moving foreward ..all other things will come from alone
The results may spark the usual 1 day pop, but with Sustainable still selling to exit the SP is going no where. There is no new II looking to enter, PIs are in the main tapped out, and I cant see on the basis of 1 qrt result anything radically changing to affect the supply/demand dynamics. For those TA out there, this will be a long base effect chart, which will only start to move once Sustainable has fully exited - which at the current rate could be 2-3 months at their % of mrk vol.
Now if HUM screw up in Q1 results, that would truely not be good.
Any day now
When are the results or trading update due
