Thanks for responding to the topic Joy, HD, JJAL and Roll. Still no reasonable explanation to why we can't be worth in excess of USD$187mill by next year, other than because we're British. DI4mond?
Thanks for clarifying that Dave..
The reason I asked is product with THC of <0.3% is legal in the US. Let's say 0.23% THC, would be fine for US but would not be legal here in the UK as the limit is 0.2% and this 1mg per container limit.
The rules around the law are never easy..
Rollinghand.
I believe the chill smokes, one is a herbal smoke with CBD added and is THC free, the other made from Hemp Flower so will have trace of THC.
I also believe that CBD isolate is what we are using so I’m sure it’s pure CBD and THC free.
I think this was one of the points Nick made in his interview about the difference with our products compared to a lot of the rest of the market.
I’ve not seen the back of the Zoetic label bottle but, all will be revealed when the websites go live as again it was mentioned in the interview we will be transparent with all the ingredients and will have all of that sort of stuff on our websites.
Yes Joycopter I understand that. What I meant is that unless they wish to 'try' some of our strain they won't be buying any seeds from us to fulfil their growing needs as they don't use seeds at all, not even their own. I think in one of their blogs is says that growing from seed can produce genetic mutations where as from 'cuttings' they are pure clones.
https://www.theveritasfarms.com/blog/veritas-hemp-plant-harvest/
In our case we are likely to grow from our own seeds as we are trying to develop different strains, however, if we are just trying to produce crop after crop after crop from seed then mutations are more likely. We may go down the clone route which is the purest route for our own crop.
As a small aside, do we know what max THC level we will have from our products?
RollinHand, if VFRM clone their plants, then they pay a rolling royalty to whoever owns the copyright to the plant genetics.
One thing for sure, we won't be supplying VRFM with seeds for their plants. They clone from existing plants. Unless they wish to try growing some of our strain..
https://www.theveritasfarms.com/blog/grow-plants-sustainably/
They developed their own fertilizer. What may be interesting is for VRFM to test their own fertilizer against our nitrogen-hydrogen mix on their plants and see the results..
Who have you got filtered HD ?
Got cut off!
Simply. Going to add:
What valuation then? Clearly much higher than now!
IMHO The market appears to be growing massively, and there is definitely room for more quality players.
The branding looks good so far. Chill and Zoetic.
The launch of Zoetic products we know is imminent in the UK and the USA.
Chill and let it play out is all I’m doing, hence few comments / posts and not engaging with those filtered ones.
This might be me being cynical, even if HNR are on a par with VRFM or other companies in the area, I believe being British owned will not go in their favour.
I’ve already mentioned the main reason why it won’t take off, RP. What as he delivered ? Do you really think he’s the man to pull this off ?
We have no figures to compare the two companies. What is becoming more clear is HNR products aren’t really that unique.
It also looks like the company your comparing us to started off with a lot more collateral. HNR only started with 1.5 million and this was to do everything, you could spend this much on branding alone. It’s like comparing HNR to Shell money talks if they both started with 1.5 million and no outstanding debts then you can compare.
Trillsg.
Valuing HNR at present seems to be a challenge.
I don’t know much about VRFM. It is a very healthy valuation they have though.
At present our CBD business is only just (as in just started) selling products, and as yet only the smokes on sale.
We do have good distribution deals it’s seems for a company which is only a few months old.
Ox distributing clearly took us on along with the Schrader oil stores, initially 18.
We now know it’s 26 (or was at last news release)
We know from twitter and Instagram that Ox are pushing us not just in Colorado but clearly they have 1,000 stores they distribute to and Austin Texas appears to be getting the chill brand soon also.
LeafyQuick on the other hand have agreed to stock both Chill and Zoetic. Initially they can distribute to Chicago same day, and nationally as an online seller.
They (LeafyQuick) also operate same day delivery in New York and Miami and are an expanding business. They do not stock a lot of different companies products and appear quite selective so I think it’s a good deal.
They are also up to something on Instagram / Twitter which looks like shop fitting somewhere so expect they are going to have a bit of publicity drive which is seemingly close to our stocking of them which can only be positive.
As yet, we don’t have product sales numbers or forecasts (and let’s face it I don’t expect forecast sales of these products it’s too early) all we can do is wait for numbers (but if the stores keep increasing and we get carried to NYC / Miami with LeafyQuick) then it’s safe to say the products are doing well.
So that’s 1 reason why difficult to value. - We await the numbers.
With regards to indoor operations and seeds, clearly there is fantastic potential there also.
Despite the doubters the reports on seed shortages have been posted so I’m not going to throw wild speculative numbers about, needless to say the company have said targeted production numbers, and those articles had premium seed prices in them.
The seed operation of course is a few weeks additional growing after flowering. It’s not like we are spending millions drilling down to one formation to look for something, don’t find it then have to spend millions more.
The plants will grow, produce CBD, flower and then provide seeds. We could at anytime just stop them going to seed and harvest flower if we wished to do so.
Again. How to value that? Will we produce those numbers of seeds, will they test high quality enough and will they then sell at the premium price?
Given we will likely grow continuously (like a production line indoors) it should not take long to confirm the seeds numbers from plants with regular harvests of plants ongoing.
Outdoors: We have 16 acres now. Clearly at 100 the numbers increase a lot.
Sell flower/cbd/biomass etc from that and then you have some nice numbers, especially when confirm plans to plant extra the following year.
Wh
Respected or feared? Let's discuss this sensibly as I agree with the silly posts comments. Why do you believe we aren't on a par or better than VRFM.
trillsg, at the end of the day it’s all down to opinion. Believe it or not I’m actually quite respected at work for the fact I speak my mind and I’m not afraid to highlight things when I see things going wrong,
For every company that’s flourished like you’ve mentioned they’ll be companies that failed, take D8 for example they needed bailing out by HNR.
Let’s hope your predictions are correct and HNR are worth over 200 million dollars. However I really don’t think I’m loosing my mind because surely I’m not the only one who can’t see it.
Are you really saying HNR are better than this company ? And our price will rise just like there’s ? Well I’m sure with them predictions we’ve just found out where you work, enjoy putting up the big top.
JJAL, I believe everyone on here has worked with the likes of you, never happy and happy when they're sad. Brings the team's morale down and makes it a depressing place to work. I feel sorry for your colleagues. A bigger man would have replied, " I made an error there" and I'd have replied, "we all do at some point, don't worry about it"
So Investors in VRFM are wrong( get on their BB, you'll have a field day) and investors on here are also wrong because they're not selling in mass. I was deliberately vague with VRFM's company details as I actually believe we are already better than them(they started when the bill was passed) and expected posters to point this out and avoid me appearing as a "sole ramper". Organic, Oil, more products, other revenues etc.
P.s I put buy as an opinion for 2 reasons, 1, I believe it is and 2 to see if selecting the right one is as complicated for me as it is for Di4mond.
LOL looks way over valued. It actually says a lot, it's shows how much people have lost faith in RP. if other companies can have such growth why are HNR still stuck at 8.8p ?
Like I mentioned earlier you're all making this out to be a no brainer, So why aren't you all putting your money were you moth is ? I still don't see a massive inrush of buys to back up all this optimism.
IMO, you're all heavily invested with high losses and you all have doubt's in the back of your minds that RP will let you down again.
Good research by the way, could you also put some results up for Nitrogen suppliers, Co2 Suppliers, Oil Suppliers, helium Suppliers, Gas Suppliers, Water suppliers, lots of companies make money from the products we have, The question is why cant HNR ? It's down to RP to deliver...……. at the moment he's failed, the share price is 8.8p
JJAL, care to tell me what your theory is now that you know that VRFM's Mcap is almost USD200mill and not USD2mill?
"And that's all they've got"
And curious to know who recommends a post that has figures out by 185mill, to the negative obviously.
No JJAL
Market Cap 187.996M
So they have a market cap of just over 2 million,. Considering this is all HNR really have we look far over valued. On your theory.
