It is so so tempting to keep topping up but having made that mistake with XTR and the Ascot discovery, I am trying to be disciplined. Funny thing is Colin has said nothing here and yet feel there is so much about to happen. Hope Cobre spread some of their midas dust to us.
If I was Colin, id be moving the drilling rigs on PL253 right alongside where Cobre just found their lovely finds on their Ngami licence. However, sounds like they are quite optimistic about their survey detail. Like I say, I would be amazed if we don't find something really looking at where our licence is situated
I'm wondering when some of the Cobre holders who have 8-bagged are going to figure that can rotate into GLR for the same again.
64x.....
If you go to my post Wednesday at 7:48 you can see how close our licences are to Cobre - infact ours actually crosses over one of their licences. I think DC also posted some pics of the licence areas too showing the PL39/40 licences.
Thanks MM. The possibilities really are endless with this share!
Bfg3333 - earlier on this board are links to some maps.
We have licences that neighbour both Cobre and Sandfire.
How close is Cobre’s find to our spot?
Another amazing session on ASX for our neighbours Cobre (CBE).
+31.4% at 46.0c
They've put on 820% since they announced Botswana KCB drill results in late July, and a stunning 2,200% from their June lows.
All the chatter on Hotcopper is of Sandfire Resources (SFR) or Khoemacau sniffing, plus BHP getting plenty of namecheck.
Cobre's MCap in £ is 53.6m. GLR are just £13.9M with an agreement with SFR already in place plus:
Income from Star Zinc
Glenover monies incoming
Copper-Gold
Gold
Lithium -Tin
Zinc-Lead
Cobre up 1000% in a month
Cobre's CEO Martin Holland has been interviewed overnight:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G-VcamU_e5M
@53:50 Details that they are using Mitchell's Drilling who have 26 rigs in Botswana, over Sandfire and Khoemacau.
Michell's took shares in CBE last week.....
@56:00 Interview notes that SFR and other majors are in the area and asks, 'Have you had anyone reach out to you on the drilling success?'
A. 'Unfortunately that is highly confidential'.
GLR already in a $4m drill program with Sandfire, likely Mitchell's as well, with a potential JORC. bonus of up to $80m and SFR having first refusal on additional GLR tenements.
Cobre (CBE) have had another storming day on ASX +22.0% to 36.0c
They are now up over 600% from 5.0c before they announced their KCB drill result next door.
Their MCap is at £41.9m. GLR is just £13.9m.
Pl040 less than 20k away from CCCs operational mine
https://twitter.com/Sharedata12/status/1374103329681313793?t=f3DFw7pTdLboKosLTjYG0A&s=19
Airborne survey shows 040 to have a Dome, 2500m of drilling proved this to be the case and all the right Rock lithology to find copper. Just 2.5k of drilling on a 1000sqkm tenement and we found the correct Rock lithology!

If I was Sandfire with the first right of refusal for purchase and several hundred million dollars of budget like they do, I'd snap 39 and 40 right up. A) they have the right Rock lithology for later exploration B) just like in monopoly it ring fences their competitors and stops their expansion
Just a matter of time before these get snapped up
Here is 2 versions of the same map, our Virgo version and Cupric cannions
Just shows how close our pl 039 and 040 are to their Zone 5 (100m tons at 2%)

Buyers return again - up 0.5p
B123 we were up from .9 to sell to 1.30 p to sell in a couple of weeks which is up 45%. There will always be sellers taking risk of the table or who need the money desperately. The main thing is the amount of buying which looks very good indeed.
500000 seller constantly holding this back. They need to disappear and move onto another share.
We are waiting for shiganda results, to see if there's any gold, we know there's copper and await the results to see if there's any gold there also, a nice 12km x 6km target, love that.
We also await roughly 5mill for rye gelnover sale, this should also be in very soon, we already know the compnay has raised money to buy the rest of it out, a nice extra chunk incoming as well as out star zinc money, all very nice for drilling money.
Luansobe to be up n running early next yr, that should also bring in a substantial amount from the open high grade pit, cant wait to see the jorc for lunasobe, should be incoming at some point soonish.
up .0.75p come on
Looking at the two maps https://galileoresources.com/wp-content/uploads/Kalahari-Copper-Belt-Investor-Presentation.pdf page 13 and https://www.cobre.com.au/kitlanya-east-and-west-copper-projects/
Our PL253 license area, almost pretty much crosses through where Cobre's Ngami licence area is.
I would be amazed if we don't find anything to be honest! That whole area looks packed full of copper going by Cobres results so far. I am surprised we haven't reacted more strongly shareprice-wise in relation to their findings.
I also go back to the fact that EM surveys were done and results would have been seen by both parties. We held onto our licences for a reason and also SFR requested they get first right of refusal again for a reason!
Licence PL366 which is now SFR's T17 licence has already found good traces of copper - dependant upon the amount we could already be set up for up to $80 million payout. If our retained licenses also have good grades and volume, we could be sitting on an absolute fortune!
Morning Phoenix! I think Birdie is great 'front of house' - the showman of AIM. However nowadays he references his teams on the ground and the company has so many projects that he must have some great lieutenants.
I genuinely do not have a target price. Each of 4 projects could fetch a £100m price tag (KCB in total, lithium/tin/ copper/gold and now Bulawayo gold) and that translates into 8p for each.
Hi MM
Just wondering what price you will sell. We all will till 11.89p. Also please let me know when I can hear negatives of the company, life expectancy of CB and whatever you think is going to bring down the company to zero.
Following last week's extension of strike on the KCB, our neighbours Cobre (CBE) have had another lining session on ASX.
Up *another* 16% at 29c, having touched 32c (+28%) at one point.
The June low, pre news, was 2c - so they have now put on 1,350%.
Our July low was 0.82p. Do the maths sitting down. (hint 11.89p)
