Hydro - GH sold 30m odd. At average daily volumes that would be disposed of in little more than a week. No - for the SP to be depressed for so long the number of shares involved must be in the many hundreds of millions. The is no great conspiracy theory needed to explain the low price - there have just been more sellers than buyers.
I think we could have at least 2 revised MREs in the coming month or so - one from infill, one from growth drills and expect them to send the SP higher, and then the PFS
That was strange - how did my buy do that
Danny / Hydro. I certainly have no doubts about the positive outlook for GGP. Hydro, you didn't address my second point - where are the shares coming from that these 2 (!) buyers are hoovering up at low price?
It doesn't matter who they are, only that there has been a sustained and readily available supply of shares at these (to us) low prices. Forget MM games; it is beyond their abilities to engineer depressed prices for such a prolonged period, and would also involve almost all MMs working together for months. As they are in competition with each other, this is unlikely to say the least. Yes, they can and do manipulate short term prices to satisfy demand they can see on the order books, but this can only go so far.
It strikes me that no one is absolutely sure what is currently happening with this share price and why hence all the speculation/theories.
The only sure thing is that Havieron/GGP/Newcrest are going nowhere for the duration, Neither is the gold. As long as you are a shareholder you have your assured stake in the future.
All the evidence points to an unstoppable rising tide for the near, mid and long term future.
There will be those who want in as cheap as possible (be it rich investors, Corporations, Large rival miners or whoever, they may use any reason/trick they can to lower the ask, those who think they are powerful enough to materially reduce the ask or those who believe they are capable of trading to what they want- either way in the ask to 'Fait accompli' possibly but they cannot succeed.
It can be argued it's all part and parcel of investing.
The tide will turn and this will move forward at anytime at pace in the near future for any one of a myriad of very good reasons most of which are well known to shareholders who read this board (and many other shareholders).
There is no one powerful enough to deny the tide of whats to come (even King Canute had to concede to the almighty) and we just need to keep in and confident until that spring tide arrives and ignore the daily tribulations. We do not even have to wait until next spring for that tide!!

''BUT HOW LONG CAN THEY KEEP IT DOWN''
As unlikely as it hopefully is, my only real fear now is that should they somehow manage to successfully continually play these manipulative games until next March/April then the current ''Year High'' will reduce from 37.5p to around 20p (and you can probably work out the rest!) :-(
I'll second hydrogen on this.
I'm minis -£505 at the moment.
Am I worried? Not in the slightest
Am I excited that this might get up to £1 in years to come? Yes I am that's my deposit at last :)
Have a great day and good health to all
Hydro - so Buyer A and buyer B have been accumulating shares individually and collectively for over 4 months now, in chunks of 250k up to 3m. Can you tell us how many shares they have accumulated? And perhaps more interestingly, who has been selling these large volumes of shares at these prices?
Hydro and then didnt tullow crash?
R right, i remember now. Thanks for that
Hydro, You really do need to relax, the worlds not against you! regarding the data to date I have built a holding I am comfortable with and look ahead at revenue streams be it by sale of asset and or sales. What GGP Value will be from Hav no one knows it can be a 50 m oz mine but does not necessarily relate to value GGP will have in the bank.
Enjoy the ride I am.
Hydro i thought beetham still had warrants outstanding? surely he would just use them and pay a lot less???
Hydro. Yes I have seen it as I have seen all other assay results to date. 2 Years my friend, 2 years, oh and the 25p short term is still on , even SD thinks so from his options
Hydrogen, so you have invested and continue to hold in a stock that you are saying is being manipulated and suggest anyone with a brain can see it? Don't believe everything you see on Youtube Hydro!
Hit sub 20p again. Is the Messiah still selling off his millions?
Tymers, he sold at 14p so not exactly a good business move.
Spot on Greb, my greatest wish...
Is for GGP to get out of AIM, and toute suite!

Greb. Most PI's who can not understand the reasons why inevitably point the finger in an attempt to justify what they are seeing, if we actually translate where we were 6 months ago when we were at 20 to 22p what added value in market terms do we now have against any negative effects plus or minus from Nov last year. I expect as Sp is showing and from the Markets point of view we balance out. Thus 20p SP.
I thought the sells from GH have been put through? Plus we’ve had the last 4 scally results and arguably were priced in when we took a massive hit around Nov last year. So no bad news to come or to wait for. But since we’ve had good drill results from Havs and various other bits of news and still linger around the 19p-22p mark. Sorry but I’ve gotta disagree with you. This is being played by the MMs. When something smells fishy, 9/10 it’s generally right and to be questioned by numerous of others on here who have countless amount of years of investing and trading, then I’m inclined to agree with the majority
Greb. I think we are missing the massive sells that have not quite finished, C.E.O. departure, Scally results and we are 2 years away from Revenue, yes the SP was carried up by Retail, there was a reason S Beetham sold? anyone remember what price he sold?
Wise move my friend.Great top up entry. Not long till your in good profit..ATB Red
Hi all. Just bought 15,000 at 20.07p (delighted, yes, smaller investor, but lot for me) but it shows up as a Sell. I know there has to be a seller and buyer but very confused why they do this. Still on my 2-3 year journey but convinced GGP will be a great success for me. SD has options of 5m @ 25p, probably in the next 18-24 months, so am especially pleased with his former success. Have no targets this year apart from possibly 30p by year end. GLA MIG
Part of the issue with AIM is the NOMAD relationship to companies. NOMAD is supposed to be independent yet is paid by the listed companies, therefore has an interest in ensuring all companies stay listed.
Quite how this affects the way in which they react, or even care to react, to evidence of manipulation is anybody's guess however in a stockmarket as mature and heavily regulated as the UK's, it's amazing we still permit even a tenth of the nonsense MMs seem to be able to get up to.
It's like allowing a small number of drivers to drive recklessly on motorways, provided they use their own lane .
Something is going on Tymers. We’ve had plenty of good news that should have shot us up, but we’re being held. Who better than MMs to be the ones corrupt enough with all their dirty tricks to hold this down.
Anything above 19.91 is a buy
Hydrogen, you would think the FCA would act in these instances, some chance!
