allah4uk-wait and see is all I am saying.
Agree with most people on here, not quite the RNS most were waiting for but nevertheless-not bad. There's something really special in the pipeline.
longtermholder14 :
"The tests which are currently in the market place are no where near accurate enough."
This blatant lie is a coping mechanism of the highest order.
"no wonder they've steered away from the UK"
Nah, it's more likely the management was too incompetent to sell in their home market.
As a developer I look at this from a building point of view...
On our little tiny house @ GDR We have the plans for a great big double and rear & side extention for conversion into 20 flats... Architect plans done and submitted weeks ago.... Builders quotes in and lined up for ground works ..required RSJs measured... Utilities contacted to move drains & manholes, trenches marked out for new gas/ electric ..Bifold doors sized up and waiting go ahead call...
...nothing moves till council gives approval and go ahead... Then all hell breaks loose and the house starts to increase in value as we proceed....
DB is waiting for building planning dept to ring anytime now....That's Honestly how I view it.
longtermholder.........lets be honest. We are all here to make money. No one can deny that our test will be superior to NCYT. But that doesnt always matter. One company got a test out quickly and has made hundreds of million pounds in sales. The other is still struggling to get approvals. The end of the day thats what it comes down to.
I've always felt news being held back until BGF are out. Sounds unethical, but this is AIM.
I preferred the rampy PP of last week when you holding,PEEL the house broker are in full control here,Only news will out them now.............
I think no higher than 140 (over sustained period) without news - may spike to 150.
Low vol today - circa 250k delayed sells from yesterday - if that continues or above reckon end of week or early next week possible for BGF to be out.
PEEL off the bid will soon give us overt signal.
PP
Where would share price be if the 4.6mill was not being sold or even taken up. I’d guess 140s at least. We should be through this lot, hopefully the last by close of play Friday.
In addition to my last comment-We are talking about peoples lives here and our children's futures and not just those who get long covid...they are the ones who are going to have to pay financially.
POSH79---what you fail to comprehend I think is that it is NOT good enough just to shove out tests that are just about acceptable. The tests which are currently in the market place are no where near accurate enough. I for one think its highly questionable that a government signs an order for items they know have a fantastically high gross profit rate. But then that's the NHS for us-continually prepared to accept second rate for a high price...
I'm waiting for GDR to do this correctly. Fantastic quality at a reasonable cost-no wonder they've steered away from the UK. A shame but a reality nonetheless.

It's difficult if not impossible to sustain any rise when BGF are off-loading shares they converted at a lower price. Just have to wait for them to finish.....4.6M is a lot of shares.
Jesus I didn’t realise NCYT was at £10 now!!!!! Just shows it pays to be quick to the market. I’ve got my biggest holding in here and looks like I may have chose the wrong one. Every week we think news is due and every week we have nothing. Every week we say the same thing. Even when we get the approvals I don’t see a big rise. We need SALES!! So far the sales have been so insignificant that it’s not even with reporting to the market.
It may be tomorrow... next week or first week in November that we get news... its well overdue in my book but nevermind... todays SP will be left well behind, just look @ NCYT touching £10 today and the possibilities of stocks in this sector....that's a 166 bagger in a year... so the £4 & £5 getting bounded around here are very possible once GDR is in full swing.. POC test news must be very close.
they are painfully slow... record sales at the end of July..... nearly three months ago and reported fck all.... well £100k of sales whoopty doo.....
So your here forrrrrrrrrrrrrr?...........
NCYT gained WHO approval nearly 7 months ago.
GDR yet to receive.
One company taking full advantage of the Pandemic the other company may completely miss the boat.
It was at this stage on 6/10/20 Dan! Hopefully we may be nearly there then.
Good find mate.....
The latest WHO update from yesterday shows that Genedrive's QMS Desk Assessment has been completed and the dossier review is in progress. From my experience, companies at this stage normally get a decision within 2 weeks.
Looking very positive. :)
