maxLady, I think he's been bought by Putin.
Many thanks Looed and Cymro for the latest news bulletins. Finding it hard to keep up with what dastardly shenanigans are currently being played out but I am taking great comfort from Natia Turnava's comments. The Phoenix may indeed exit the flames one day. Everything crossed here lol

One thing, is that going on Frrs statement & the back up of words by GG Frr are on their way back from the abyss.
If above, is right then let's hope the long wait has been worthwhile.
What would be helpful to our full understanding to the current battle and where it may lead would be a statement from FTI bearing in mind their decision to “sell” the asset to Green.
Looking positive......

Would think that Frr are seriously thinking on this, as it looks clear to many including the judge in the last hearing on what she said in the USA that we all know who was attempting to commit fraud.
So precious does seem to be building on everybody's best friend.
Enjoy
Another version – its popping up everywhere now
"Frontera appeals to the Prosecutor General's Office to initiate criminal proceedings against its former employee Zaza Mamulaishvili
The international oil and gas company Frontera, which accuses its former employees Zaza Mamulaishvili and Green Capital of trying to misappropriate Frontera's business in Georgia, is appealing to the Prosecutor General's Office. The company believes that Zaza Mamulaishvili and his associates should be prosecuted for all illegal actions against Frontera. Frontera applied to the General Prosecutor's Office of Georgia on July 14, 2021.
"In August 2020, the board of directors of" Frontera "removed all corporate powers related to the company to Zaza Mamulaishvili and, consequently, dismissed him from his position. "After that, Frontera started legal actions against Zaza Mamulaishvili in the USA and Georgia in order to protect and maintain the long-running business of Frontera in Georgia," the company said.
According to them, on June 11, 2021, Frontera Resources Corporation won a temporary security measure in the 281st District Court of Harris County, Texas, which, among other things, prohibits Zaza Mamulaishvili and his affiliated company Green Capital from banning Frontera assets in Georgia. , To compete with Frontera in any form and to carry out any operational action related to Frontera's business in Georgia.
The company says that this decision made by the court in the USA is extraordinary and requires meeting the high standard of proof that "Frontera" was able to. Therefore, Zaza Mamulaishvili, "Green Capital" and its affiliates should stop any action against "Frontera" and its interests. action".

Will add that on Frr working closely with GG then would think that there will be a reasonable chance on an ext on license, as that is most defintely needed. Unless Frr have some sort of deal already agreed on offloading there % of the assett.
The paragraph in pt 2 reads in a very positive way & let's hope that this continues over coming months until Frr are properly back in control.
Good to see the conciliatory tone of the Company statement.
Zaza seems to be getting increasingly desperate.

Excellent bit of info
Looks like Frr was thinking ahead.
As this is along the lines that I previously mentioned.
Will say good two fingers to ZM from Frr.
English version Pt.2:-
In this context, on June 11, 2021, Frontera Resources Corporation obtained a Temporary Injunction in the 281st Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas, USA that, among other things, prohibits Zaza Mamulaishvili and his affiliated company, Green Capital, from 1) converting Frontera’s assets in Georgia, 2) competing with Frontera in any way and 3) conducting any operations associated with Frontera’s holdings in Georgia. This is an extraordinary action by any court in the United States, and Frontera met the burden of proof required to set the order. The court issued this order because it recognized the irreparable harm that would ensue if such an order were not granted and enforced. Accordingly, Zaza Mamulaishvili, Green Capital and their associates must cease and desist from any and all competition with Frontera and its interests. Also, on July 14, Frontera initiated criminal proceedings in Georgia against Zaza Mamulaishvili with the Prosecutor General of Georgia, Mr. Irakli Shotadze, and it intends that Zaza Mamulaishvili and his associates will bear the full criminal responsibility for all wrongdoings against Frontera in Georgia.
Frontera is working closely with the Government of Georgia regarding its return to full operations and is very appreciative of the Government’s constructive support.
