Matadors last sentence is very very relevant and something we had wished for over the last few months. However we do own some.
Are we correct in thinking that our holding in EMAC is worth about 6p to our NAV or is it 0.06p. Perhaps one of you will enlighten us all. Emmac's value may have increased slightly with their license. Owning around 2.6% is better than none at all, so lets be grateful for that. Hindsight being great when we wished some of the money that was invested in other non starters had gone in to EMMAC.
We have noticed that only 2 of the last 14 trades were buys, yet the upward movement was slow, with just a small % rise.. When the sales out numbered buys the fall was a bigger %.
Not sure people will have zoned out.
Im not inflating it. I do thi that emmac jas a special relationship with the right people in its industry. Hats what sets it apart. My only complaint is we dont own more

Ed handled the second half of that interview very well, but I can imagine a few people listening to that podcast might have tuned out somewhat with that reply, it took a bit of the glory out of it a bit.
The bbc link posted yesterday said ‘companies’ so it’s not like we have a monopoly.
All good though.
Ah ok I see what youre getting at.
I worked delivering prescriptions in a remote pharmacy when I was a teenager. Mostly ventolin and beccotyde.
AS: The concept of a remote pharmacy is not new?
EMD: No, it’s not a new thing.........it’s unique because it’s geared towards medical cannabis....

I'm fairly sure he said we're the only known European company to export cannabis to Israel. Not the only known company to provide prescriptions in the UK

It would pay you to read the RNS from last week. If you can’t manage the few paragraphs to find out then just read the heading.
Needle moved a bit there lol
Doggo
‘ Emmac own the UK’s first and only operational distance medical cannabis pharmacy.’
Could be wrong with this (most likely!), but did Ed in his last proactive interview say that they are not the first when asked this by Andrew Scott. Only splitting hairs either way, it’s good news none the less, but it’s not going to move the needle regardless.....needs some meat on the bones.
Don’t listen to the dissenting voices on here this morning...
Let’s wait and see if the market likes what they hear.
“This is a significant milestone for the cannabis sector in the UK as well as for EMMAC, as Europe’s leading medical cannabis company.”
Emmac own the UK’s first and only operational distance medical cannabis pharmacy. What the government did yesterday was to change import restrictions on medicinal cannabis products, which will provide faster access to cannabis-based products for medicinal use resulting in UK patients not have their treatment delayed or interrupted.
Agree with Pirate Flag, this is more or less what we feel, unfortunately nothing dramatic until REAL news is released as an RNS. We would like to see something this spring to start FFWD on a upward road, rather than have to wait until autumn. Hopefully the results will not be delayed for up to 6 months but will be announced when due, with the NAV being in the 20p region, which would help the SP to rise to the 10p range. However we have to accept that what the BOD decide is best. Patience patience patience.
Its not company news anyway.
Feck all rns’s across the board.
Doggo,
You are right the Emmac and Juv news is significant in terms of the progress they are making respectively but the reason why there has been a general lack of comment I believe is because folk now know it won't make any meaningful difference to the sp in the short term. It's been like this for a long time hence the apathy.
I now just use the news and research to remind myself what our investments are building and what is to come (hopefully in the 2nd half of this year). Its been a frustrating ride but I have never lost the faith and will continue to squirrel a few away when I can and reduce my average for when our time finally comes.
Doggo
No complaints.
As I said last week, the share price has been pretty resilient with all the carnage elsewhere.
Dow holding its big gains today so hopefully we get some traction tomorrow on the back of an rns.

Longlad etc won’t be on tonight.
They don’t comment on really significant PF news.
