I don't see reviews as a reliable metric for sales. Most people review after at least 3 months for a mattress.
Some a lot longer...
Looking forward to update but I think there's lots in who will not hold and keep this price down. Should be 2p, but then again lots of shares should be a price, but aren't. Perhaps this week we could stabilize at 1.5-1.8p and next few weeks push on. Another interesting week ahead. As for covid19 this Thursday is the end of lockdown fully expect another 3 weeks put on top perhaps putting a relaxing of measures in at around June as peak tapers off hopefully leading into July-August with a near enough return to some normality.....until winter when it screws us again. Social distancing until next year I reckon, basically diddled until vaccine.
We could really do with an update to the covid 19 issue as you would expect the sales would be effected negatively, but if trust pilot is anything to go on things have never been better with 27 % more reviews than an already good January you would expect that to follow on to sales. The original mattress from 2014 was good but people like me may have just replaced it as it was. well 6 years old .The brand is easily recognized and is a good product and with a rolling renewal could be fantastic news for eve .
Exactly - news next week will confirm Link are out. We should go back to at least cash levels in the bank which is worth about 3p
If that's the case then roll on with EVE so at least it clears out and can move forward.
Good spot Cottoner. There was certainly the volume to indicate that they were out, but we've had that on other days.
I like your logic though.
Mistype , 2 x 15,318,073 = 30,636,146 . :-)
Lemming99,
I think we can be sure that LINK are now totally out.
The RNS today said that as at 7/4/20 , Link had 30,636,146 shares remaining.
Yesterday 8/4 , ther were 2 trades of 15,318,073 shares @ 1p at the times of 11.54 and 12.30.
2 x 15,318,073 = 15,318,073.
A coincidence? :-)
Expect an RNS early next week to confirm.
So on Tuesday 7th Link fund sold 3.1m shares (about £37k in value). They still have 10 x this number although they may have sold another 3m on the 8th and on the 9th. It's funny, with the volumes being traded, you could easily assume that they could sell all of them and be gone, but I think they realise that they might get a better price by taking some more time over it.
We had 36m traded today and 65m traded yesterday. Together that represents 101/263 of the company = 38%.
In fact according to https://www.sharesmagazine.co.uk/shares/share/EVE/historic-prices
We've had 268m shares (more than the whole company traded since 27th March.)
I know I haven't sold mine that I bought at 12-14p, nor the treble up at .8p
I would caution buying and selling too often as there's a big difference (sometimes 10%) between the bid and offer price. If you're a believer, better (in my book) to buy some, buckle up for the rollercoaster (up and down) and enjoy the ups.
Good luck all
