Hi Mac
For sure cannot be to far away , or maybe unofficially sent but held , ready ??
great info guys as usual !
That's it stix, in reality we've been very lucky through all of this to date, to be honest.
For some reason i have 4 months in my mind, for the license to come from the place that issues them, after all other bodies have signed it off. That would be around now from that april RNS confirming all bodies had signed it off -
MONCHETUNDRA
"As previously announced the application for the Flanks areas at Monchetundra received Ministry of Defence approval (see RNS dated 17 December 2019). Approval by the Federal Security Service (FSB), the last remaining federal body, whose approval is required for the flanks licence application, was also subsequently confirmed to the Company by Sevzapnedra. The Directors expect the license to be issued by Sevzapnedra soon as per standard process."

At least we know the authorities are still working and processing license etc !
as opposed to offices being closed due to covid.
Which means mt flanks could land at anytime ? gla
Thanks mate, that seems to confirm it!

Not sure if that’ll get censored or not. Hopefully the rise was due to something else.
Hi GFD
I think that just about sums it up! Let’s see what Monday brings us!
Best of luck to all invested!
That's great if so, not sure why the dates would be touched during translation anyway? Do you have a copy of this for us to put our minds at ease?
Hi,
I’m looking at the original in Russian and it shows 15.10.2040 and 13.10.2015 (and 08.06.2020). All consistent with day month year.
JJPK the issue is if you look above the 13.10.2015 date it has a 10/15/2040 expiration date, so as I say looks like they use day.month.year and month/day/year as date formats which suggests 06/08/2020 is the 8th June not the 6th August. Whether it makes any difference hopefully not, just hope Friday's rise wasn't a result of this at all and just coincidence?!
The original Russian document confirms the date format as day month year.
Right above the cropped image is the date 13.10.2015. Clearly this must be 13th October. Then the issue date below for the licence is 08.06.20, which is 8th June 2020. The translated version swapped some numbers around.
Exactly ferg.gg the other dates in the same document confirm it is from June unless the person got their dates around the wrong way when adding to the document!
Now even if it is from June that may not be a bad thing (just it was identified some months later) but I do think we have to question what this actually is and why we don't see any other official references to the same licence number... yet.
Lets get the facts and not jump to conclusions yet. I really hope an RNS from the company on Monday can clarify.

We’ve known about Typil for ages. See tweet below:
https://twitter.com/r1exg/status/1288364858950520833?s=21
Yesterday’s tweet was the first time I’ve come across the license being associated to Kovinsky on an ‘official’ state website.
We’ve known about for ages, the find yesterday just further solidified the speculation of the license award which as yet has not been RNSd.
I don’t think the rise was anything to do with my tweet. It’s been known for ages.
2015 is the start of WK, each time an area is added, a license date is applied, this time Tipil, date 06/08/20 -

If you look at the dates on the image below they seem to interchange between the 2 formats for some reason (day.month.year and month/day/year) , but the date of expiration near the top seems to confirm they use month/day/year (unless they have 15 months in Russia!) so indeed this is from June not August after all yesterdays excitement that's kind of a bummer!

Oh boy so someone just didn't realise their dates are read the American format? 8th June not 6th August you think? Gutted by this if so, but does it really make a huge difference in the grand scheme of things if the licence is approved either way (albeit 2 months ago!)
Have realised the Russian text doesn't format correctly on here but if you can get the translated text from A1ex's links on Twitter. Sorry about that!
I was very excited about and appreciative of the information A1ex had shared yesterday (thanks A1ex). However, I always try to do my own research into any posts here to confirm and/or make my own judgements on findings. I have a large position in EUA but I had some doubts on the dates on the licence presented without any RNS. Please correct me (constructively please) if I have made error or you can add to this information.
Item 75 shows the licence number as ??? 03904 ?? in Russian which translates to SVE 03904 BP in English. Searching google for the English version doesn't yield many results but search for "??? 03904 ??" and you can find a number of references on Russian sites to this same licence.
These sites show the licence as granted in June i.e. 8th June, not August.
For example (under latest events):
Original: https://synapsenet.ru/searchorganization/organization/1026601102725-zao-kosvinskij-kamen
Translated: https://translate.google.co.uk/translate?sl=auto&tl=en&u=https%3A%2F%2Fsynapsenet.ru%2Fsearchorganization%2Forganization%2F1026601102725-zao-kosvinskij-kamen
"On June 8, 2020 , license No. CBE 03904 BP "Geological exploration of subsoil, including prospecting and assessment of mineral deposits, as well as geological study and assessment of the suitability of subsoil plots for the construction and operation of underground facilities not related to the extraction of mineral resources" began to operate. License expiration date - 08 June 2025"
Now maybe those sites are wrong? You can search for licence information on the Consolidated State Register of Subsoil Plots and Licenses at https://www.rfgf.ru/license/ (note you can't translate this page when searching or the search engine breaks). I used the advance search engine (second navigation link at the top of page) to search for "??? 03904 ??". Here I could find no reference to this licence at all. I could find references to other licences (two) by searching for the company name "??????????? ??????". The most recent is in 2015 (https://www.rfgf.ru/license/itemview.php?iid=2715081) which is the same as what was in the PDF A1ex linked to.
Then I realised there is actually another search engine for exploration. This is the Consolidated State Register of Geological Exploration of Subsoil at https://rfgf.ru/gin/. However, this also did not yield any results which would help support any of the above (maybe someone could help dig into this some more).
Therefore:
- are we looking at old news? If so why no RNS?
or
- the sites are wrong and rfgf.ru are very slow to update their databases?
What am I missing?
