I think there are a lot saying that now!!!???
It's annoying that we don't have an update. But it can't go on much longer.
The SP hasn't tanked even with the constant drop of despair, so that's a positive.
Certainly not selling yet (although am in profit. Just).
No logic to their communication strategy so an update could happen any time.
Trying to stay positive...!

I've made a mistake by investing in this company
I'm convinced we are not being told the whole story. We are being told the legal amount that we need to be told, but that, in my opinion, is not the whole story.
The country is open for business, Edenville is not. It's as simple as that. Day after day no RNS, why? They could tell us why they remain shut but my opinion is also that if they told us the whole story the share price would be back to nominal value or less.
Bigeye - no, my point wasn't just about there being no RNS. The mine is still not open and AM mentioned in an interview in May that there was an issue around poor infrastructure being destroyed by rain. Its never really been explained.
Saus it was the company directors ( still having a laugh ) big long winded statement !
Really could have cut it short and said no rns,but you must realise these fannies need to bluster on about hehaw
Slim (very) shady character
Sausage - now, now!!

Guess who's back, guess who's back?
Guess who's back, guess who's back?
Guess who's back, guess who's back?
Guess who's back?
Sumbas back
Nicely demonstrated again by our BoD as to one of the key reasons we're languishing at the MCap we are today. Still no update and the market draws its own conclusion.
"In a press statement, Edenville CEO, Alistair Muir said mining operations which had restarted in early March were suspended indefinitely because of the pandemic but also poor infrastructure destroyed by rains."
That was the 11 May.
Yet in our 8 June RNS....
"Operations at Rukwa are currently suspended as a result of the Pandemic, but the Company is on standby to recommence activity as soon as practicable, once it safe to do so. The Tanzanian Government has recently recommenced flights in and out of the country and is now providing a message of "business as usual". The Company will continue to monitor the situation and will make a decision to recommence operations as soon as it is appropriate to do so."
Where has the "poor infrastructure destroyed by rains" bit been talked about in any of our RNSs? Is this what is primarily causing the delay? Was it sorted out between 11 May and 8 June?
You need to be talking to the market Alastair.
Saus - it did say it was a very bad rainy season, so it could be the mine(s) were water logged and have to be dried out. (don't know if it would be required) before mining can commence?

Just dropped a note to Proactive to see if they can get a response...
The board of directors silence tells me all I need to know about their ability to get the mine open.
It's embarrassing. They are taking a salary, and for what? They have signed the agreement for someone to run the mine, all they have to do is open the mine and sit back.
They fail to tell us why it remains shut and fail to open it. I'm convinced now there is more going on than simply unlocking the padlock.
Is it that the severe rainy season has massively impacted negatively or is the money running out?
Well, as predictions go, I’ll take a reliably unreliable source and suggest, “Cloudy with outbreaks of rain overnight for central and southern areas. Drier in the north”.
To suggest anything from EDL BoD would just be irresponsible.
Sadly. ;)
What will tomorrow bring?

Never seen an argument on there before, and it wasn't caused by regular posters.
Aerial - SAIL-ing has be taken over by Sumba and cohorts

Was just supporting your continued positivity... nothing more...

I'm really not sure what that's meant to mean? or what point you are trying to make??..
Glad to see the glass is still half full, Aerial!
Would love to think an RNS is due...
It's definitely beginning to feel like a longer than necessary delay, but hopefully it won't be too much longer !!
