I expect a good operational update at the end of the month. Dish only need one good tie up. It's all coming. Unfortunately some are taking the window of opportunity to slate the company. Crack on if it makes you feel better .there is so much going on behind the scenes.
ConMan, they have at least 2 fulltime sales people, the managers of territory 1 and 2, who at the very least should be able to sign-up 1 or 2 new restaurants per day or 40+ per month. In addition, Sanj and Aden should be able to make at least a few calls per day. But the actual sign-up rate is about 4 per month.
Also its management's job to hire the right people and have them on the job at the right time. If limited numbers of sales people is holding the company back when it should be growing fast that is not an excuse that is a clear indication that the management are not doing their job. This is a company with a great idea but very weak execution.
You cannot be convinced by the numbers because they reflect failure by the company. The numbers cannot be interpreted in any other way.
The concept behind Bigdish really does seem like a winning project but the above says otherwise. At this stage one can only conclude that it is not being well presented to the trade by those selling it or that the trade do not like the concept. Add to that several gaffes by management which have impacted on confidence and you have a company which appears to be at a standstill.
However, taking the company at it's word, difficult for some, there is a new wind blowing through the company. The employment of reps to enable a national roll out, apparently going well. Let us hope that they have the right kind of training to represent the deal offered by the company. Considerably more caution from the company with public statements to avoid let downs.
On balance, I am still optimistic this will succeed but nowhere near as confident as I once was. In terms of investing you take a chance now and make mega profits or maybe lose all or wait for things to look more professional and make a much smaller profit.
I am heavily invested here though I have taken the opportunity to trade from time to time
I'm sat on the fence, but there's only so much you can do with limited numbers. My view is wait and see what happens once all the managers are in. After that you'll be able to judge whether this will succeed or not. If you get in now, you're likely to get bigger gains, but risk losing it if it doesn't work. Or come on board after all mangers are in place, but then you'll miss the rise.
At the end of the day it's your decision. You know how this game is played.
Hi all, Thought I'd pop by and say hello again and see if reality has managed to get through yet. I see the massively important area of Brighton didn't manage to get passed the 5 restaurants that the rampers claimed was limited time wise because of the difficulties in uploading such a massive load of restaurants in one go. Hmmmm. From what I've seen, DISH is still failing on all its promises/ targets and yet still there are those just lapping up management talk that this is going to be massive. Another word of advice, as before, unless they chsngd their model it will fail.
2/3 territory managers +Sanj End March - July 23rd 13 new restaurants added to platform over 4 months And 7 restaurants have taken themselves off the platform An increase of 6 restaurants over a 4 month period Its not happening
Its also worth a mention that since the end of MARCH They achieved the following Swindon = 3 restaurants Taunton = 5 restaurants Brighton = 5 restaurants 4 months hard work produced 13 restaurants Laughable now i'm not invested
Humpty Trumpy sold not some but all Humpty Trumpy hopes Dish will fall All the kings horses and all the kings men Like most of us think Humpy Trumpy's insane.
Ronald, you were invested and are now no longer. To a degree I can understand that you might check in on a company that you used to hold to maybe jump back in when lower or justify your decision to sell. But Trumpy why spend so much of your time only talking down Dish and not ever seemingly contributing to other BB's?
A challenge for you RT... Be honest with me, what is your genuine motive for only talking down Dish? Hoping to get back in lower? or have you got a tad fixated with this. Despite the attempted humour of my opening lines, I do slightly worry and wonder if you are out then might you be best to walk away from posting - unless you can clarify for me your motive!
Like a lot of investors in this company, I'm putting across my frustrations in the managements incompetence. You don't have a single point to make which backs up their failures. Pretty pathetic if that's your response when your sober, I could understand if you had been on the drink.
Nope, last beer was Saturday night, just responding to the monotonous same old nonsense with same level of nonsense. To keep harping on about old news ad infinitum just sounds like desperation to get in to this great prospect at a lower price, otherwise why are you here? Lets have a realistic answer...why are you here talking ******ios, have you got some sort of grudge, have you lost money here, or are you desperate to get some cheap shares?
