It’s pointless reasoning with ctea cult!
He already owned the shares.
All he did was a bed and Isa transaction to transfer them into an ISA to use up his annual allowance. Something thousands do every year.
From the RNS ' To affect the transaction Mr Meyer sold 830,000 ordinary shares at 2.396p per share and acquired the same number of shares at a price of 2.4 pence per share. Both of these transactions occurred on 30 March 2021.'
Note he first sold the shares before re buying in the isa.
Anyway I hope they update the market with something as the silence is deafening.
GL.
I can’t buy anything..mms not willing to sell any shares.,,
Just on March 30, when the results of the semester end, Guy Meyer puts 830,000 shares in his ISA account ... why is it?
Because I don't think that if the company goes astray he will make that move.
I really do not see much downside from here, SP being near 12 month low, suggesting company has nothing to report. Any positive update and this will move very quickly. I have funds waiting on the sidelines to add.
Blaim, enjoy while you can speculate down these days that you have left, be careful that the SP does not lower what you want and then you want to get on the train at fast speed and wait at the station for the next ... .will there be another ... good question?
Yes nice buy. Anything above 1.27 is a buy
Just gone through
You don't need to justify yourself Shenners. If you believe in your research then there is no point trying to reason with obsessive derampers. It's an utter waste of your time and effort.
No firm evidence but merely my opinion from the clues dropped in interviews and previous RNS wording. I accept I could be way off the Mark but my gut tells me otherwise. The lack of news or update has trashed the sp but I feel come Tuesday and results/update we might just be climbing again
Looking very good buy going through….onwards..
Rising trend? Yes if we look at the charts upside down! Lol.
Can you elaborate on your rationale Shenners? What do you think hypermeh bring to the table with their 1 member of staff.
All buy showing as a sell..news in imminent…
Expect a blue day today. My view and it’s no more than a gut feeling is we’re involved with the Welsh App, this would also tie in with the hyperneph acquisition and the rationale behind it.
Very undervalued sp..going towards right direction… very good entry point.,,
Yep, 18 pharmacies as one of there many free trials.
Good luck mate , I really hope they have something in the bag . Consulting fees would be a start .
My thoughts are , they’ve turned in a profit this year but a small one .
I appreciate cesp, Bradley, Gibboscini, who put a brave fight with blaimthrower and biglad. At the moment there is hardly any sellers who can sell at this low sp. If there is any bit of positive news, I don't know how fast the scenario will change. I accept Guy Meyer haven't delivered as per shareholders expectations and that's why we are at this sp But it doesn't mean this company is going bust. I am heavily invested and I am willing to invest more . This bb is infested with trolls and they will be gone in a flash I am not a ramper but I think we are at a turning point for this company.. I am ready to wait and watch what Guy Meyer thinks about this low sp. He himself brought shares at 2.47 in Isa and people talking about this company failing. What a joke.
Catenae also announced that 18 pharmacies and a major mobile provider in England have deployed their coronavirus testing technology (COVID-19), which reliably records and transmits results to the Public Health England database.

But no pharmacies are logging their results onto the CTEA system. Why would they add an extra step into the equation when they can log it with the NHS themselves? Why would anyone go to a pharmacy and pay for a test when the gov do it for free. Rhe only reason is to travel but are synovate tests even accepted by airlines? Even if they are they will just get a certificate and thats not using CTEA so the chances of them making a penny from that scenario are extremely low. Someone has to sign up for synovate tests and CTEA app for ctea to receive any cash from the deal. If they don't it all goes to the South africans.
Mitch, the mistake of many people is to think that the Catenae passport application is only to see if you have been vaccinated or not ...
What do you think Catenae has associated with various celebrities, formed the Synovate company with BHA Medical, associated with NPH?
The Catenae application features a blockchain operating system that manages data securely.
If a person takes a test in pharmacies, with Synovate, NPH that information has to be passed on to the NHS system and for that Catenae is present.
So much for Zak Mira rising trend .
Zero sum game now in a weeks time .
