Thanks for all your comments. GL all
Yea deffo dream. Sorry, was just a very very brief explanation lol.
Yeah, I'd guess that AMC share prices are where they should be, due to the risk factor at the moment.
Cineworld is just way under what it should be.
Imo.
Other way round I mean!!
I think the other cinema groups fell a lot more than cine
Jai,
read between the lines.
Cine = 25% of its precovid prices.
Amc = 50% of its precovid prices.
If you had the choice to make a potential 75% or 50%, which would you choose? Lol.
Thats the way I see it anyway.
redrobin,
do you want it spelling out?
Good point robin. AMC have more venues that Cine but we are second. Their SP has not moved at all. Something happening it seems. Interesting week to be in this share
Thanks Mikodx. I had seen the post, plus others had mentioned the court ruling and it’s possible result in takeovers. But other cinema companies haven’t (yet) gone up as much as Cine so presumably there must be something more specific to Cine?
redrobin - if you read Bolox previous comment you will see why. You guys are missing very important information. I'll post it again just in case you can't find it..

Think you've hit the nail on the head. Cine SP was hugely below its value. The others you mentioned, not so much.
I’m trying to figure out (guess) the reasons for the terrific price rises for Cine in the last few days.
The following reasons have been mentioned ...
- Takeover speculation
- Might be taken Private
- Undervalued share price
- Upcoming opening of Cine cinemas in the US + improving virus numbers in US
- Russian vaccine
The other US cinema companies have also gone up but currently no where near as much... (Cinemark +8.42%, AMC +5.42%)
fwiw I’m guessing it’s a combination of all of the above. Maybe the takeover speculation kicked it all off and Cineworld was the most undervalued ?
In reality I haven’t got a flippin clue but fingers crossed for many more days of Cine price rises
GL all!
