Moola excellent summary!
KNOB head Indepthtwins don't do nowt but talk negative crap. Don't listen to his rubbish. Hold your Cineworld shares because the price is ready to rocket.
This is the bottom and its just building up steam to rocket this month 100 to 150 p by beginning of this september
You talk ****e ocean .... shorters are doomed here
Have some sympathy for people who bought in at 100p
And are now faces the prospect of 19p. It's hard to admit you made a mistake.
But buying in now would be way to risky
Fabulous summary Moola
indept - its simple. Trump will use his endless supply of ink to print more money and throw more in. (Not been serious before any1 jumps down my throat).
Great summary m00la :)
Cineworld have a lot of upside potential, so much negativity has already been priced in. Here are some of the reasons why I think we will see significant growth over the coming months.
1) Cinemas in Europe and England are already open with the rest of the UK to follow. Cineworld have stuck to their promise of a phased reopening and are due to open up in the rest of the UK soon followed by at least 80% of the US.
2) US coronavirus infections are starting to show a downward trajectory, as daily infections continue to decrease the amount of economic reopening news will increase, helping to improve investor sentiment in the leisure sector.
3) Cineworld have walked away from an over priced Cineplex deal, they remained committed to the deal and walked away when they had legal recourse to do so. This has saved them a fortune and gives them room if needed to aquire additional debt facilities to support liquidity.
4) A large US stimulus package is currently in negotiations predicted to be somewhere between 1 - 3 trillion dollars. When this is finally agreed it will give a big boos to the wider stock market by promoting economic growth.
5) Warner Brothers has committed to releasing Tenet internationally first, followed by the US which is something they said they would never do. Advertisements for the film have been spotted and there is an understanding that the release date won't be moved again. This film will be the canary in the coal mine for all other tentpole films and can lead the way in bringing audiences back to the Cinema.
6) Disney have confirmed that Mulan will be a one off and that they are committed to the theatrical experience so it means a host of other great films due to be released this year like Black Widow, Wonder Woman, Pixar’s Soul, New Mutants etc
7) Unlimited card members provide a passive income for Cineworld and are a guaranteed audience. Those tied into a contract are likely to want to make use of their cards which in turn means they are likely to make use of their discount on food & drink which will bring in even more revenue. When Regal opens their unlimited system will come into play and the more people who go to the Cinema in the early stages the more word of mouth spreads about how safe and what a good experience it is.
8) There isn't the political will for nations to have a 2nd national lockdown, it's widely accepted that it was a tool that could only be used once and if done again the economic impact would be devastating. Localised lockdowns will be used to help manage spikes in hotspots.
I'm sure I could go on and on with my reasons for investing and holding onto my Cineworld shares but this is the second largest cinema chain in the world, they have great leadership and are not going bust anytime soon. Beware the sharks and vultures who would convince you otherwise, always do your own research and don't be afraid to be patient. Recovery from a global pandemic takes time.
