@KickThePuss, ok on my side. It is what it is.
I’ve seen in the past that when such a large event happens in a company, the BOD holds an open call with shareholders where everyone can ask questions. I was thinking of asking CINE IR about it, but considering they can’t even update shareholders on the RCF and dissenting payment, I think I might be getting too ahead of myself.
Hi mountainous,
Hope you well (aside cine)
Just checking in on what is a crap day for all true supporters of Cine.

@KickThePuss, well done on your exit. Hindsight sure is an interesting thing.
Hi Wellington, hope you well too.
Yeah bailed @ 0.299, the unofficial plan was to actually get back in at a lower price so could increase my share total, was upset that I missed the 16.?? A couple of weeks ago, but ho hum.
With the benefit of hindsight all the rns’ for the last 12 months have been increasingly misleading.
I’d say your second scenario is the most likely.

Good to hear from you KTP.
IIRC you decided you had had enough at around 30p and cut your losses.
On days like this you look like Warren Buffett!
All the best, and I agree with you regarding the Cine Board, they need to face the music, not for being caught out by Covid, but by not being transparent or perhaps only being transparent to a select few.
Yes the BOD have not been honest but they have to try and wing it 'fake it till you make it' if you like, to give the business a chance to thrive or survive in this case. It's all about confidence (or lack of it). It's pretty much standard proceedure else v few companies would even get off the ground. Shareholders have to have faith else they'll sell, which is what i did, too late, at a big loss. Not as much as you tho so i count myself lucky.
sorry bud
Jangho must have lost close to 100 hundred million. Polaris probably same figure or more as they bought in when £2 a share. Lots of big time people unhappy. But also shorts unhappy as legally have to close and probably by end of play Monday. Currently billions of pounds lose for banks, shareholders and everyone involved. Except the Mooky and family. Cannot see him leave Israel again. Also see studios having heated talks this weekend as they now need cinemas more than ever. This week is going to be busy. Monday RNS will be flying out like confetti.
Mooky himself lies to mountainous’ face a couple of months ago, I’m outraged at the lack of integrity by the BOD. This hasn’t just crept up in them, it would have been a talking point at the time.
I can’t remember who it was but there was a thread about Israel wanting to take Cine private…..if that happens at the PI’s expense there should be some kind of legal recourse, right!!!???
I lost £64k of my life savings on cine, as a basic recovery play. If you lost hard as well your not alone.
