Thoth,
"STD still has a chance to double his money here, as he will need it for the looming placing I think at TLY due to poor cashflow management."
Did you get a chance to read the April TU. Previously, on 2nd Apr you suggested the sp would double within a week, ie 10th April double to 14p.
I thought the TU was disappointing as they missed their expectations. The sp has fallen back from their highs of around 7p to about 1/2 your suggested target.
I'm curious as to why you stopped posting here after 2nd Apr and didn't comment on the TU.
What's you view on BYOT's April TU?
Btw, TLY announced a great TU and didn't have a placing as you suggested.
Actizone ! IP in action
You just have to laugh .... now you trot out the line “all hand sanitiser companies” so from that I take it your saying ineos and brew dog are hand sanitiser companies ... of course your not and in the same way Byotrol produce efficacious products for surface , air and specialist equipment bacterial , fungal and viral control ! Specialist IP that seems to fit the WHO remit ...
Frac,
" hence not only are they selling all they can make but will be doing do for a number of years to come "
All hand sanitiser companies are selling all they can make, hence why distilleries are helping to manufacture hand sanitiser and offer it for free to the NHS. Byot are 1 small company competing against hundreds of other companies.
Why is Byot's IP invaluable?
Yes Frac you are spot on Byotrol IP worth a mint
Ho Ho Ho “ what it does question is the Byotrol products not only stand the test of WHO guidance but are being procured direct to meet the needs of the population to stay safe .... hence not only are they selling all they can make but will be doing do for a number of years to come ..... Byotrol IP is invaluable
Frac,
"to draw a veil over the companies future performance"
Not at all. You made a statement suggesting the company have stated there's significant orders still being evaluated.
Please post a link where you saw that statement? If you're unable to post a link then it goes to follow that you were making it up.
It does question anything else you have posted.
Byot TU actually stated.
"Firm orders currently sit at £1.7m for deliveries to end of June, with many more orders still
being processed."
and
"We will update the market in more detail after year end, together with further commentary on the
order book for the first quarter in the new financial year, which at present is looking substantial and
continues to grow. "

See he’s back ... same disruptive tactics to draw a veil over the companies future performance by creating divisive themes.... looks like we’ve a “Peter and the Wolf” approach now trying to suppress their very worst fears ...... just waiting for a few others to land before STTO slips away
Frac,
" 2, significant orders still being evaluated at the time of statement "
Can you please post a link showing where they say 'significant' orders still being evaluated or did you making it up? If so, it does bring into question what else you are making up.
From the TU, they actually state:
"Firm orders currently sit at £1.7m for deliveries to end of June, with many more orders still
being processed."
and
"We will update the market in more detail after year end, together with further commentary on the
order book for the first quarter in the new financial year, which at present is looking substantial and
continues to grow. "

Therefore, the only FIRM orders are £1.7m. 'Many more' isn't the same as significant and LOOKING is not firm orders, as they can be cancelled.
So did you make it up?
as you say in your post... FCA guidance is available online should you care to look
It goes to show that everyone should check the facts and believe what is posted.
Barnetpeter it’s just my view back of fag packet What I would pay, and you might be right.
Your comments are valid ...even though I am a holder. This company provides cleaning products. I bought some. They are good. Business is good. I reckon the company could make a lot of money this year. But it’s not worth 75 million. I reckon 10 pence is a very fair price. I would take that.
Does that word also begin with a c ?
Think I’ll email Jim at Ineos and suggest he may like a look see ..... northern powerhouse and all that !!! Would be good for the borough
And tomorrow daddy will show him they have been looking at tharts upside down. Babysteps
Contrarian eh !!!! Wholly inappropriate to gloss over the continuous positioning when your knowledge of their products is so low . Try a different word that has some gravitas
Bless him. Mummy will make std a nice hot choccy to calm him down before bedsy time
That STT0 dismissed : https://apps.who.int/iris/bitstream/handle/10665/331138/WHO-WPE-GIH-2020.1-eng.pdf
Oooooo we are in deep ! Tone of voice and the word pattern now showing signs of stress ! I thought that was your game :-)
U forgot to mention
A, Directors buy shares.
B, Someone like Amazon would not bat an eyelid at their past issues, it’s all about the value of the Product.
Oneandonly
"I think it’s MC should be around 75m if a bid comes in."
No. I expect full DD will show that Byot's accounts last yr were not qualified, putting potential bidders off..
I think it's also questionable that instead of verifying that their last year's accounts were qualified, they changed auditors...
The shares were suspended last Sept, weren't they?.
"The Directors have made every effort to resolve this matter to our auditorâ„¢s satisfaction, without success. Whilst it may have been possible eventually to obtain a suitable response, the length of time this may have required was indeterminate, and the Board took the decision that the interests of shareholders were best served by publishing the accounts with the consequential qualified audit opinion but resulting in the lifting in the suspension from trading on AIM. Since the year end we have transferred over £86,000 of the aggregate amount from the bank concerned to another commercial bank and intend to transfer the balance shortly"

They actually saying "many more orders" still being processed and q1 order book is LOOKING substantial.
The only FIRM orders are £1.7m. 'Many more' isn't the same as significant and likewise LOOKING is not firm orders, so can be cancelled.
So you are misquoting what they are actually saying?
as you say... FCA guidance is available online should you care to look
It says a lot when some posters believe that the ONLY way the sp will rise is by silencing anyone posting a contrarian view.
‘Does it justify a mcap of £25m though?...’
I think it’s MC should be around 75m if a bid comes in.
Time will tell
Solvay link on Actizone patented IP : https://actizone.com/patented-technology/
1, facts are “selling everything they can make”
2, significant orders still being evaluated at the time of statement
3, very well identified by yourself that they have unique IP
Of course now you are up against it you’ve made up a statement “ tens of millions “just to challenge it so does demonstrate your motives for postings .... FCA guidance is available online should you care to look
Frac,
"Evidences the market and needs for Byot products"
There is a demand for their products at a time like this.
However, FACT - THE COMPANY told investors last week in their TU that their orders are £1.7m to June, up from £0.35m. However, nothing was mentioned regarding figures for any other orders?
Why bother mentioning just that 1 figure?
Where's the company accounts or TU which clearly state that they have tens of millions of pounds of orders and that they are going to make millions of pounds in profits for several years to come? Can you post the link showing the evidence?
A £25m mcap for a short term spike in orders to £1.7m seems steep.
FACT.
Even Finncap, the COMPANY broker, didn't raise their target price after last week's TU. Finncap have maintained their target price at 7p for 2 yrs now. They maintained the 7p target, AFTER the Tristel deal was announced.
