Smurffit - Exactly!!!! TB has millions already so he could of used these funds to invest in Chamberlin .
It seems clear as day IMHO that he has sold this first batch of shares as he knows 60p is a big price for this company’.
Expect more selling in the foreseeable future and more excuses made .
You all said he would not be selling a week ago and look where it is now !!
More to come
Tin hats and more Tanks today
GLA
3 things from the sale
1) the argument that he needed the funds for a 1m investment in Chamberlain is rubbish - just add up what he has made selling his RMS shares, Braveheart shares and Braveheart dividend in the past year(its a lot more than you would think)
2) the usual rubbish about great top up opportunity, rerate on the cards, it doesn’t matter if he sells will come from holders who (although it defies belief) actually do believe themselves
3) the same holders who say the share price is going to multibag don’t seem to have the common sense to ask why (if these shares are going to multibag) would a director who knows the product inside out sell over half of his holding (4.2m shares) in the space of two weeks just before the next update.
It just doesn’t make sense
netbox...why has tb sold 2m u ask
well...we all have our own views
different ppl will have different views
in june he turns 75.....give the man a BREAK....he has had EXCELLENT success across the board...in last 12mths...in rms iqai brh.....he sold...in all of them shares....at different times....in rms....ho sold 320million shares at 0.275.....at peak he missed out on 25 bags
in brh....he sold at 20 level....twice....on one occasion he missed out on specail divi.....when he sold at 57p.....shareprice touched £1.40
yes when he sells we lose sentiment....for few hours/days....but thats it....over all...general trend is upwards...after him selling
when he reduced his holdings at 22p first time around......he bought back with rms swap.....he ended up with more shares.....and HUGE SPECIAL DIVI....£4m or so
This time he has sold ....who knows.....he might decide to switch his cmh holdings in brh....like he did with rms.....and we could GAIN further more..( guess work )
One just needs to follow carl and his tweets...to see where the tests are going....we are so near..now....if one has lost confidence one should sell...no-one pointing a gun at them to hold....i keep saying....this is aim....its risky.....if it wasnt risky....we would have been on ftse......all ceo's sell...look at gdr / odx /avct bod members....they have done the same
key for us is....even if all options are taken...and all tr1 holders sell...and all bod members sell....including tb....we would still have ONLY 40M shares in issue....thats peanuts....onr good to EXCELLENT news like...partnership with astrazeneca..or HUGE contract with nhs / govt / heathrow...etc...we could exchange ENTIRE float...i.e 40M in one day.....remember SNG that one morning when it gapped up on open on CLINICAL TRIALS update....??....its volume in one day alone was some 50M...they did 600% intraday at peak....and they have 200M shares in issue......thats x5 ( 40m )
TB has his reasons to sell...we all know its not down to inside information ( near-term ).....longterm maybe he thinks its over valued...as cv19 might not be around for long...to that i say....ASK CARL what he thinks...whether cv19 is going to go away in next few weeks...or here to stay for many YEARS
One has to look from POSITIVE angle especially holders.....he has made 5-10 bags....why be greedy....for god sake....his profits from brh alone are around £10m....as said...he is not getting any younger...he most probably will retire soon...so good luck to him......market has taken...over 5M shares from him in last few weeks...WHY??..because demand is there ....little that he has left....willbe taken care of...thats if he decides to sell the remainder
When a pi doesnt sell a share after it has multibagged they kick themselves...some even say good on you...you were being greedy..so you deserve it......in my books anyway..no-one can knock tb taking MEGA profits de-risking
Hey Casper
You always have a positive attitude to questions about BRH
Can you answer why you think TB has sold 2 MILLION shares from his Braveheart holding if Braveheart is going to fly and be worth so much soon?
Why would you "throw away" that chance of making so much money.
Yes I know he's invested it in Chamberlin, but if Braveheart is going up up up, surely it's better to hold as many shares in BRH as possible then you get the most money.
It just doesn't make sense.
Either he knows BRH isn't going up or some bad news is coming, so has taken his money out to invest somewhere else.
Or Chamberlin will make him more money than Braveheart can
Or he "had to" invest in Chamberlin for whatever reason (maybe he needs it for manufacturing etc?)
What are your thoughts?
again TB has confirmed there is no placing planned....he has squashed them rumours...basher rumours....
if you are not invested you wouldnt know.....that...we are fully funded to take out test to commercialisation....
too many to get in now that tb tr1 is out....they will do anything to get in few pennies lower entry point.....
BIG RE-RATE coming imo.....if you like BUY...if you dont stay AWAY!!!...simple..
No shock to see TB doing his stuff as always , still waiting for his mates rates placing which is only a matter of time.
Why try to justify it - it’s a director selling a large chunk of his shares again when the company is apparently on the cusp of a ground breaking COVID test.
It just doesn’t make sense - not one bit
L. ash, it's in the Chamberlin RNS dated 26th March 2021
Admission of the Placing Shares occurring by not later than 8.00 a.m. on 29 March 2021 (or such later time and/or date as the Company and the Joint Bookrunners may agree, not being later than 8.00 a.m. on 16 April 2021).
I don't think it's connected to his thoughts on BRH. If anything he must be assuming selling 2m shares is not going to torpedo the value of the rest. If he needed cash quick then he needed it and by the looks of it needed it today.

Would you kindly provide the link/source please?
Thanks in advance.
TB selling must be to do with Chamberlin, he's got until tomorrow to complete his part of the raise.
