Brynjon: Stay safe all and keep your feet on the ground. ;@)
P_I: unless you are on a bike in which case. Putting your feet on the ground there will do two things, slow you down and make a mess of your nice shoes.
If however you are on a 'ringdeer' the chances are you are warm, dry, indoors static and in slippers. You may need to put your feet down to counter act the effects the seasonal lubrication is having on your balance.
I used to speculate what I may get for Christmas - what I miss most now that I am an adult - are my mother's bacon sandwiches on the morning, my football sock full of brazil, hazel and pea nuts along with an orange and little nik naks. I recall a bike one year though I did not see it stood up against the sofa until the end of opening wrapped present. It had solid rubber wheels and I think more for a girl than a boy - but it was a bike. Stay safe all and keep your feet on the ground. ;@)
P_I that would be a ringdeer then!
IK et al, nothing wrong with talking your own position up. We all do it to a degree, I even welcome those who talk up an opposing view to mine, especially if it is well argued and supported by fact/data/reason.
Opinions, unlike a proctologists specialist areas should be thoroughly and firmly examined on a regular basis.
I am excited by where BPC are and where they are going, like a kid waiting for a new bike at Christmas I just hope I don't wake up on the morning of the big day and unwrap a novelty reindeer shaped bean bag. (with bell)
Just for clarification my comment about trading relates merely to the amount of shares traded in a day needing to be being bought and sold before excitement is raised - rather than me trading and making money. Wish I was clever enough to do that though ??????
IK - I am trying my best not to get too excited but we still have a few hurdles to encounter along the pathway. I am hopeful of an RNS hitting the red button in the not too distant future and before the 1st 2 weeks of December have passed though that in itself is a finger in the wind prospect.
All planets seem to be setting into alignment so hopefully, just hopefully all will be revealed soon.
interesting...
Im sure people make a very good living from trading FX and it'll be good to see BPC taking advantage of the $.
Morning Bryn
You mention “speculative” so I will piggyback off your title on a thought I’ve been having, if you don’t mind.
When OO was initiated GBP/USD was 1.25.
Today it is 1.32
I predicted @ OO time that we would see 1.4
Those £££s will not have been hedged/converted to USD yet as contracts etc are not signed and $$$s have not been committed.
Today BPC is better off @ 1.32 by approx $1.3 mio.
@ 1.4 IF I we carry on trend which IMO a conservative majority on Thurs will ratify then @ 1.40 BPC will be almost $3.0mio better off.
Coincidentally that would be another year’s annual expenses thus achieving “2 years CLN funding” requirement.
Yes I know all very speculative but yet another planet aligning.
And yes P_I am talking my book but it makes me feel good after all this time.
Endorphins beat Prozac any Day! Well accompanied by gin anyway.
GL MES AMIS.
something is simmering in the background I feel.
It would be nice to see what the next RNS contains.
Trading wise - I still feel like we need to be in the 100's of millions traded before we need to get excited.
