It cant be true because it hasn't happened, and I am pleased straight after your out of date post, you say "treat everything you read with caution..." So yes that can be applied that post too. It would have been even better if you said with a pinch of salt too.
Bring on tomorrow! 4th March 2014 best day in my investing life. 16 bagged. Can it be repeated?
ah marko's post reminded me of something i posted back in sept, just going to leave this here in case anyone's decided to quit drinking the koolaid dished out by some on this BB as the deadline draws nearer.
"RE: Quiet today......30 Sep 2019 13:46
I'm a ten bag believer but the wording is more vague for me, so devil's advocate and red rag to the bulls...
"The Group is in a good position to achieve its long term investment plans (to finally resolve and close this sh*thouse). Discussions are progressing towards reaching a decision soon on this (totally f**ked) investment and we will keep shareholders updated (when its too late)."
I'm not saying the above is true, of course I hope not, I'm just saying treat everything you read with caution..."
Typos other tocks..ha ha..like waiting for a time bomb

Chriszr...i know no morr than anyone else. However, it is highly possible that the BoD in the light of the massive stocks sell off, thet could try to allay our fears, especially as most of us are invested in other tocks.
Unrelated to Bou....but >>>
Catch up with a bit of news but don't shoot the messenger...

Care to share your thoughts
Chris
Hold me to it but i'm pretty sure we'll get an RNS this week even if it is not what we want to hear?
26 trading days left till 7th April, and I believe there is no lost time for Easter as that falls outside that time range.
Time yet, a lot can happen in 5 weeks
Still positive we will have a good outcome
Applegarth imho your post from yesterday at 1:35pm was adequate to our situation here. We are so close to be de-listed why???
Week before suspension (5 MONTHS AGO) our greatest Chairman Allan Syms said: “The Group is in a GOOD POSITION to achieve its long term investment plans” So why we will de-list? Simple, because directors and other people behind this deal are truly Incompetent.
As shareholders we’ve done our part. They raised funds through hundreds of placing and one open offer. BOD now is your turn!!!
Sorry for my negativity but I’m just disgusted. Since 2018 supported PSL/BOU absolutely fed up. This is chihuahua stock ffs!
Jace ..no i didn't post it as i had second thoughts..it may have given the wrong ompression. They are a funny lot over there...they report too many posters...very touchy!
Oh yeah. Sorry apple. Stand by my comment about it falling out of isa though. That would rattle me!
And then didnt post it on EUA... lol
Bermonddey i didnt mean BOU would do a share buy back that is why i posted immefiately an apology. I put it on here by mistake. It was meant for EUA also in suspension and waiting on news of a deal?
I don't think a share buy back would be on the cards. Surely the point of an rto is to tap the aim market for equity so you can expand your business. So you are not exacy in a position to return cash to shareholders. In fact this probably has very little cash and I rekon company law has strict conditions on such activities. If these fall out the isa wrapper I will be thoroughly ****ed off. I've already paid tax on the earnings I put in here.
Another kettle of fish that one... smelled fishy with how rapidly it rose and the warrants etc...
So sorry lads that post was on the wrong bb. Was meant for EUA also suspended. It doesn't makes any sense on here...my apologies.
Why would they delist if the company is in such a strong position? If they did they should would do a share buy back ?
Yeah not worried about using up Isa allowance before year end but only worried about losing what I've put in so far if this de-lists. The investment then becomes non qualifying for Isa rules and they'll go to a normal account. Should we then return after de-list gains are then liable for CGT.
Am I right in saying we won't be able to trade the shares until we have agreed an rto, the rto has actually happened and the shares have been lifted from suspension? So these are false alarms. Probably some data reset each month.
Also the turn of tax year has no relevance. The suspension timetable is set out in aim rules. It isn't tied to our isa allowance and when that resets which is 6 April.
No data on abal which is also suspended...
Hope it's not related dkay... That would be an unexpected turn up. Good luck over there.

I'm in EUA as well. This seems to happen towards the end of every month.
Showing live data again SJ. Mind you so is EUA this morning and that's been suspended for a couple of weeks too. Both came on line together this morn at about 9. Probably a false alarm like previous times.

BOU appears in my quick pix again this morning
I'm assuming we have till April 7th to avoid delisting...so i was wondering if they had that Tax Year date in mind at the time we were suspended. Not sure if it is significant but IF we were up and trading after that date then ISAs can only be topped up for the following year. I would have loved to be trading before then as i have a surplus allowance of 9k to be used for this year's ISA,which is what i was planning...sell 9k and then the rest i hoped to sell after the new tax year?
