>> Will we list immediately on news or will there need to be a wait for an EGM
AIM Rules are clear - we are suspended until the reason for the suspension no longer applies. The reason is that an RTO has not been completed within 6 months of becoming a shell. So we unsuspend only when an RTO has been completed.
We can do nothing but wait, folks, frustrating as that is. Speculating won't make things happen faster, but could at worst put a spanner in the works.
last post ref HaveNoClue
I've a direct line of communication with AG but would not dare exercise for the reasons you've stated. One needs very good reason to be occupying a billionaire's attention...
I'd like to hope that is the case Applegarth... the question is, how late would be too late? Will we list immediately on news or will there need to be a wait for an EGM, outcome and then re-list?
I'd have thought that not only would there be background effort on our side but on the side of the company wanting to list here too...
If there's something causing a delay, its costing everyone. Surely there'd be pressure to be applied on this basis?
Within 4-5 weeks imo. We could still get a raft if news if they have a target. They've been quiet for some months but that doesn't mean they are letting us slip into oblivion. Crucial 'talks' can also mean everything is done in secret until they have something tangible to announce. When news drops, then if good, further Rns' will be swift and regular?
No cross ramp intended.
But looking at the recent SNT situation where the Truell family own 25% in Sabien and also owns the target company reported on the papers that just got the company suspended, because it is the actual target and discussions have begun.
I have no evidence in relation to BOU, but hence similarly is why I am strongly inclined to believe it's not health and is all about Antos Glogowski. Recall his rush to 21%, etc
Gla
Very soon I hope
Do people really believe that someone has a direct line to Antos? Even if they do, Antos is an astute business man & surely would not divulge sensitive business information to even his closest of friends especially when he will know that they are spouting on boards like this. That would be detrimental to his interests. When this gets to the stage that ABAL is at the hysteria can begin
LMAO A.Milli you too? Maybe Spike or Destitute or Majorpayne no ? ;-) I only want BIG news HUGE news MASSIVE news!!!
So are RKB or MKL or MarkoOiler. One in the same.
So You have AGs number and email, why not ring him and find out what's going on.
This can go two ways, Successfully or otherwise. There's no guarantee. Calling them will not make a difference on the outcome. We are a cash shell, that ends in April thereabouts.
Relax and let the process play out.
Absolutely agree so Chris no point of irrelevant matters here anymore… main topic had better be why our BOD is not updating us Shareholders, who and why holding this so long. As we are so close to the deadline I imagine we could be here ( timetable patterns checked in large number of past Rto’s ) :
1. BOD hasn’t secured deal (highly unlikely fingers and toes crossed)
2. NOMAD is running this show (very slow)
Folks, check please again Nomad responsibilities for companies via Aim rules.
Again Bould directors have a mandate to apply Shareholders funds to make a meaningful return.
Hopefully HUGE news asap and couple posh drinks for all. Have a lovely Sunday :-)
Please don’t encourage him
This was an interesting and entertaining board for many months
Look’ s as thought we are now attracting some unwanted attention
Shame really
Holy moly Chris are you on gear? Do you really want the man to reveal some info for everyone and break every legal code so we prolong the suspension and shortly shares delisted? I wouldn’t want that to happen especially with a large holding you have btw announced this many times. If the matter is finish here I can provide his details to you but shhhh... don’t tell him it’s me alright? He could be annoyed.

I was calling the bluff on a new poster (who only came on LSE a couple of days ago) claiming to have Mr Glogowski’s contact details as well as RKB
Strangely enough he did not appear to have made contact
Chris
Chriszzr, was that a tongue in cheek comment? Genuinely curious, lets say you had AG's details, would you honestly "call him up" demanding an update? Do you think AG would respond to a call akin to a debt collector demanding payment?
Speaking hypothetically but all seriousness, lets say you did have his details, what would you write and how would you write it in a manner that produces the biggest likelihood of response (and useful one at that) without getting blocked?
Asking for a friend.
12yrs chriszz on LSE before that i was on iii for a few years but cancelled when they changed their format. I never (normally) deramp and only get busy on a stock if/when i believe it has potential or if good news is imminent. Because all my posts are positive may be the reason why i am top of the leaderboard. However, i go quiet if i feel nothing will happen and that causes the compliers to think i have sold up. No posts for a few days = p and dump but i am usually still invested. Another issue i have with that ramper list is that i am in a few stocks that i am NOT fully genned up so i never post on them. So how can i be a ramper. These stocks would surprise those invested if i began posting and always they say "Another newbie rainbow chaser he'll be gone soon" the truth is that i have a couple of posters trolling what i invest in so i keep my trap SHUT. That way they never know. It is fair and safe to mention one stock that i have been in for years and RARELY post...OXB
GL....i can be busy on here because it makes no difference.
Mark
So ring Mr Glogowski and ask him what is causing the delay
I am sure we would all appreciate an update
Chris
Apple
Congratulation on reaching the most trusted leaderboard, I certainly enjoy reading your posts various sites
And hitting over 20k posts, how many years have you been doing this?
Chris
Jt14 very interesting theory. RKB I believe you are not the only one regards to his details ;-)
Spot on apple!
What's ironic is, we've all used AG's association with the Bou stock as a major asset/reason for buying in, when in actual fact he could be the one actively holding up our RTO right now
Jt14...interesting thoughts and worth considering since all of us are completely in the dark?
However, further delays could be simply exacerbated as you say by more than one option. But could it be that there are possibly 3 or even 4 options to look at. ANTOS and his plethera of 'hopefuls' could be on the table as well as a couple in the health sector. This may be a controlling aspect of Antos's strategy...and problems arise if his unique ability to 'sell' the company 'something' maybe counter productive as their could be internal conflicts of interest. Too many co'cks spoil the brothel.
I wasn't flagging it up at all, I was using it as a contextual point in connection to my theory there is more than 1 RTO option on the table and why there are delays in us hearing news.
Jt
where do you get your information regarding 2 potential RTO's ?
As for flagging up why Mr Glogowski bought into Bou I think we all sussed out his reason a long while ago
Waking up this morning, a thought occurred to me over what could be causing delay. Think there are at least 2 RTO's being negotiated. We're assuming AG's intentions are the same as our own - that he wants to make a profit on his money invested in Bou. Don't believe they are. His interests lie with Coeur, not Bou. He was appointed as Exec Chair there to ensure they can raise the finance they need to fund getting minerals out of the Armenian ground. His 320k in Bou was his "buy-in" chip to getting chairman of Coeur - it's what he was bringing to the table there. He would rather make 50k profit going with Coeur RTO and fulfilling what he was put in place at Coeur to do (and making an even bigger return on his shareholding in Coeur from being a list company), than make 100k profit going with a non-coeur target. But the Bou board have a duty to act in shareholder's best interests, therein lies the conflict and perhaps source of delay. AG's trying to up Coeur's offer. The Bou's board pursuit of the best offer by playing the competition of each other takes up huge amounts of time, by continually reverting. If they had only 1 option on the table, it would be very straight forward and we'd have had our RTO by now.
I assume the majority on here hold their shares on a platform in a Sipp or ISA
If that is the case would individual names appear on the share register?
I thought they would all be lumped together under the nominee account the platform uses, if you look at the Bould website significant shareholders ( which I have been advised will be updated by the Co Sec as it is incorrect with regards the percentages and out of date) you will that other than Mr Glogowski all other large holders are nominee accounts
Also apologies if anyone feels that my earlier post was putting personal information at risk, just interested to see how involved people are
