At the moment he stands , IMO. I would also like a fresh approach, but we are locked in a cycle of appeals and potential legal action. No Oil and Gas CEO would usurp his position
Colin . As been very lucky in keeping his postion as CEO, in the real world this man would struggle holding a simple accountants postion ,the lies and deception from him , Aim totally baffles me how the BOD members don't end up in court ,if this debacle ever gets solved , never again will I buy on the aim market again, crooks day out all the way along
Zebediah,
I wasn't referring to shareholders dislodging Colin. I mean Management of the business. Colin is paid very highly but we have
seen very few results over the last three years. Progress has been very slow & institutional investors don't see any attraction in investing as results are woeful.

weren't there some Coup d'état attempts against Colin which he survived? I dont think anybody can dislodge him
Any good news will only arrive when plan for further dilution is ready to execute.
Zebediah,
I'm not convinced that Colin has secured his position? He is not a CEO he is a Senior Accountant. He appears to have no oil and gas technical expertise and virtually no influence. Even on the stage managed interviews he does occasionally he is far from convincing. I have learned a valuable lesson investing here!
I think Colin has pretty much secured his position
But buying shares would send a good signal
Hi Scott,
I emailed Colin yesterday asking exactly the same question & I haven't had an answer also. Should this be the case in a further weeks time then I'll be sending another one with a heavier tone. This is what really disappoints about this share & why I would like to sell up. Shareholders pay Colin to run the company and I feel that we are being kept in the dark over a long list of issues.
I am of the opinion that Colin is under great pressure in any case & the business could be looking to replace him as he does not appear to bring any value to the table. I fail to see how he can't purchase shares to at least show some faith.
I've sent Colin 2 emails in the last few months .not had a response from either of them ,I've asked is now not the time for the bod members to buy a substantial amount of shares in the company now we no the direction of the company , the boost it would bring to all concerned,or am I asking to much ?
mysteron: didn't meant to duplicate but it is important, they are not harping on about it
Minister Juren Leben had imposed his agenda on ARS means he pressurised ARS to reject ASTs application. AST appeals to the Environmental ministry which unsurprisingly rejected the appeal becasue Juren Leben as minister
ARS is supposed to be an independent body : "the principles of autonomy and independence of the body and the work of officials were violated"
So the process of rejection is flawed
"In both procedures related to Ascent's pumping of gas at Petišovsko polje, last year Minister Jure Leben ordered internal control over the work of Ars. Supervision showed that there were pressures and threats in the proceedings, and that the principles of autonomy and independence of the body and the work of officials were violated. The case was taken by then director Ars Joško Knez."
I see they are still harping on about threats : In both procedures related to Ascent's pumping of gas at Petišovsko polje, last year Minister Jure Leben ordered internal control over the work of Ars. Supervision showed that there were pressures and threats in the proceedings, and that the principles of autonomy and independence of the body and the work of officials were violated. The case was taken by then director Ars Joško Knez.
Even though the officials have been found out.
