Thank you. Exactly my point. Very undervalued market will react accordingly when ready
I'd expect more
Would anyone be shocked if an offer came in for 100million for Allied minds share ( the mcap)
The transaction was completed at a pre-money valuation of $150 million, up from the post-money valuation of $121.5 million published in the Allied Minds' Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018. Allied Minds invested $10M in the financing and its ownership of issued share capital is 42.6% and fully-diluted ownership is 35.8%.
Sounds great. Sell FW for £2 billion and we’re all happy. Would love to know exactly how much AM own of FW
*partners
Samsung have already purchased teleworld. Two of Federated Wireless. I would not under estimate how lucrative this market is and will be
Exciting time, given focus on 5g in the UK currently it'll help shine a light on how import this will be in future society and how much revenue will flow from this for businesses in early. Market estimated to be worth $700 billion by end of the decade growing at around 60% year on year
Agreed only I’m not sure if FW are competition. Hopefully they are, time will tell
I think it would be one of the partners not competitors. Samsung, Nokia
I would think its a very good time for them to take FW out. Four become three... Competition removed... It's how business works
IMO google and Sony don’t need to buy FW. Unless that is FW have a Commodity. Do they?
Would you like to elaborate? Personally I don't see the company being bought out but I can see Federated Wireless getting moved on.... Just a matter of how many hundreds of millions!
Research tells me it won’t
It will get bought out in 3-6 months. Big boys will be all over this.
Thinks it's 43% until fully diluted
I thought it was 73%?
The CBRS market is worth BILLIONS and it has now been opened up for commercialisation. Federal Wireless is one of a few select parties to enter and capitalise in this market. Allied Minds own 35% of Federal Wireless.
It is astonishing that investors have not registered this development and are not piling in.
Maybe in the next few days/ weeks...
looks like the market might be waking up to this fantastic news
NAV at 72p before yesterday's news. 50mil in cash. Going about its business quietly. Federated Wireless is going to be massive, look forward to thetrading update, hope for some juicy contracts to be announced
current time in Boston MA 08:43
Perhaps when Boston wakes up things will get a bit livelier....
Deserves to be mucher higher than this.
Must be the general malaise in the markets.
I thought there’d be a bit more movement rather than this stalemate.... but weird
Agreed don't think the market has realised how significant this news is. One of four companies authorised and regulated in a new multi billion market which will continue to grow significantly.
