‘ AFC Energy has seen a rise in the number of commercial enquiries for its H-Power system driven predominantly by growing public awareness associated with an improvement in air quality and a reduction in pollution seen as a direct consequence of Government action plans to mitigate the local and global effects of COVID-19. ’
Start converting those enquires, regardless of initial size and you can expect significant appreciation in the share price.
Hot sector
Nice idea Athanius! Unfortunately, AFC don't do substantial news in fact they don't really do news at all if they can avoid it :)
It's a fair point, but probably unrealistic without some substantial news
I would prefer consolidation around 50p for a few weeks before moving onwards again.
I just want them to let this go. After 10 years watching the likes of ITM and CWR flying it's about time AFC start to catch up in the eyes of the market.
A bit of stability and consolidation prior to news in the 23-25p range is no bad think I think.
Watch the market makers at 24p step away
Diversified. 40p is still cheap in comparison to its peers or closest competitors.
Daz, I have done the same. Any commercials progress for this company given its IP and when considering ITM market cap among others. It won’t be long before we are retesting 40p or more if news arrives
Just topped up at 23p, can see a big lockdown easing boost coming across the board with Hydrogen leading the way
Desertwolfch, this is my point. You cannot value these companies on financials and fundamentals. There is a lot of gut feel and my is saying that to make a change to the way the world ge operates power we must develop clean tech. ITM, CWR and AFC are in that arena and not in a too dissimilar place. The MCap of ITM and CWR is high but isn't wrong ? possibly the market sees it as correct. So why is AFC nowhere near. Gut feel is that AFC should rise in line and is currently undervalued for the sector and its IP.
Look how long it took amazon .lost millions for years
That is not to say that ITM and CWR are over valued. I believe that AFC just has the greatest headroom in respect of MCap and value of its IP. Forgetting revenue at this point as it cannot be compared.
Pitlick, I am not comparing any potential future projections. I am comparing companies that are in their infancy in a similar or the same industry with similar IP. What I can see is a huge gap in value for what is simply IP between AFC, CWR and ITM. I admit ITM have a different product and deal with a different aspect of clean technology but none of these companies have a profitable turnover but all have the same potential. Is ITM worth 14 x that of AFC ? Is CWR worth 8 x that of AFC ? My view is no based upon the fact that the potential for each of the products of CWR, ITM and AFC being similar.
I believe that care is needed when comparing AFC's MCAP with that of ITM or CWR, because I can't see that these companies' current MCAPs can be justified on the basis of projected future profits.
CWR just reaching £800m MCap. AFC still sitting at £100m. Loads of headroom
Need to get some momentum from here. AFC are being left behind ITM and CWR in respect of MCap. ITM have crossed £1.3bn this morning and still going.
Bid above 23p currently. Let’s hope for another good day. Let’s hope the media storm has barely started?!?!
