Great Post Chris, sorry to read the news folks, got slightly burnt myself previously but 66% down today is tragic, felt like they known about this on coming train for months now, it not all over I feel so not all hope gone, I`m not sure if I would sell or stay in hope now, whatever the news for which I`m sad it of course so close to Xmas, just remember there are many winners out there and I hope 2020 is better for you, all the best !!!
Absolutely correct Marty. Just look at Addax next door in Gabon and the fight they had with the DGH when they confiscated a field.
Addax fortunately had the luxury of Sinopec behind them but it's still lingering in the background.
Poor news today, but its not over yet, just a bigger hill to climb. Turn off, come back in a few months then decide what to do.
Over a year ago, and having worked in the region, I said that one of the biggest risks facing AAOG was their dealings with their Congolese counterparts. Of course, the ceaseless rampers said that that was rubbish and that payments were timely and secure. Apparently not.
If this was a bargain at 10p, it must be an even bigger bargain at 0.9p - eh, right?
Very sorry to see this for those holding and believing the story and Geology and who quite naturally defended their investment decision and beliefs.
I hope 2020 brings better fortunes for you all.

Feel for the holders left here. This company has been a complete disaster from the day it started. From bad to worse to terrible!
Im out, lost around £12k.
Smoke and mirrors, they will sturggle to get funding.
Unfortunately Effugium AAOG wont be the company that will be drilling 103
Imho J Berwick will tender his resignation soon and move too ATOG.
Even though the news is not welcome, it is good to get the information out in the open.
Logistics are a nightmare.
Many shares will change hands but the geology hasn’t changed.
