I did speak to them last month actually. I can't say it made any difference, but we each have our own concerns. I did learn that they have a duty to inform the board of who has called and why.

Yeah I agree legal action would be far too costly. We had the chance to confront the board last April when I drafted that letter to the board and at least 10 people here forwarded it to them and they did react by removing the ability to place more shares at the AGM List of resolutions.

Notable people here refused to join in what could’ve been quite a strong contingent because for some reason they thought I was up to something nefarious (what I have no idea). Sadly this is the nature of AIM - it’s like the wild West - certain characters persistently taking advantage of other peoples trust, confusion plus lack of knowledge and foresight and to a certain extent, greed. They also appear well-protected by insufficient laws and a hobbled FCA.

Since then however, EDL have been very clever by issuing loan notes to Lind along with a bunch of shares. I’m pretty sure those shares were used to vote for the resolutions at the last general meeting, hence the rather surprising and massive majority they claim to have had.

So essentially they probably did a deal with Lind which imo included Lind voting with the board on any resolutions. This means the board continue to get paid until they can’t make it work any more which may or may not be around now. Lind get shares and first refusal of all the assets of the company to pay their loan back.

They’ve essentially given the company away.

Shareholders royally shafted.

By the way I don’t expect this post to be around for too long as it is probably far to close to the bone.

Another thing - both the previous NOMAD Northland and the current SP Angel are regulated by the FCA. If it looks like there has been any shenanigans then there's chance they could have their memberships withdrawn. No membership makes it very difficult for them to conduct business.
