SP will only rise when investors know whats going on....Market has absolutely no clue whats going on and our biggest problem is a massive massive fear of another placing... Randy needs to put a business plan together, Update the website and NEVER EVER mention again Dates. I have spoken with Randy a number of times and he is very positive.... I hope they bring in people to focus on Drilling SC.... Its an untapped $$$$ mine.... I pray for Focus and Speedy Drilling. If we can get 5 wells up and running by the end of this year then happy days... Personally I still feel our focus should be drilling SC as fast as possible... this would give us the spring board to invest in bigger projects...
I don't agree with the way RC has handled the finances at NCT especially in terms of the dillution, there is no way we can be valued at below £3m. The reason for that is due to the dillution and putting everyone off from investing. The RP alone is worth more to NCT than £3m I would have thought? So logic does suggest once news comes out, we should see a good rally in the SP. As long as there isn't a further funding call!
Sooner than most think! and when it starts to move it will some expediency! Incidentally that's not a ramp that's a fact! Imo.....
I expect we will start to move up soon.
"Sooner" being the operative word. For avoidance of doubt and clarity, i should have added (before I get another attempt to slap me with another yellow card..)..........................IMO.
Helpful, succinct, how very true, I'm the polite one, lol "The rampers are nowhere near NCT at the moment but I anticipate that sooner or later they will return." "Sooner" being the operative word.
He is an idiot. Most of the symptoms he claims to have identified are not currently present. What ramp and what uplift in SP? The rampers are nowhere near NCT at the moment but I anticipate that sooner or later they will return. Try reading the RNSs: we have about 35 days to go on the Remediation Plant; we have LM19 results to come in shortly; we have LM21/22 news after LM19 is boxed off; we have news on MXO due that should put the warrants into the money and so on. On MXO if the flow rate confirmation doesn't do it the CPR should. Again, do your research and listen the Panoro Energy quarterly update from a few weeks ago and listen to SO's Podcast from a few days ago. They used some of my questions in the Podcast again. On Aje to make it clear for you: 1. Once fully completed they are expecting 44,000 barrels a day (10,000/14,000 bopd in this phase) 2. Panoro have said that the gas at Aje is worth more than the oil (ie the gas is equivalent to more than 44k BOEPD) 3. In the Podcast commenting on the Ogo extension (one of my questions) SO stated that there is no doubt that that it extends into OML113 and that the extension is bigger than the Aje discovery. 4. There are other targets in block OML113. 5. The warrants are worth £300k to NCT for every 1p over 2p. You work out what you think Aje/OML113 is worth (you might want to confer with Jonny Hon for a second opinion) 6. So in OML113 MXO consortium has 44k bopd plus 44k + boepd plus 88k boped in Ogo. (yes I know there is Capex and yes it will take time etc but all gets reflected in the valuation) All of the OML113 information should in be in the public domain and confirmed by end of July. IMHO DYOR
"Very unlikely imo". Why in your opinion do you think another placing is being planned? What research leads you to this conclusion? Do tell, otherwise you might be viewed as scaremongering.....
"Hopefully this is the bottom" Very unlikely imo. Another placing will send this under 0.02p imo.
Stuy - "NCT is not the only Co who have had to do discount placings.. You and labrat go on as if it's just RC doing this" Not true at all. My last post clearly states that I have experience of other companies willing to undercut PIs with discounted placings, but either way that is no excuse for any company to behave imo. If the company is not looking after shareholders then it should not be listed at all. The signs I have observed when placings are coming in any AIM company is nearly always the same. You get lot's of large round trades appearing (in advance of the placing), then lots of "update" style RNSs from the company, an increase in board ramping from the resident crew working it, and lots of "I just had a cheeky top up" posts from the same people to create the illusion that it must therefore be safe and a good idea to top up at this point. You also tend to see a bunch of new aliases suddenly appearing to join the promotion. It really gets old TBH.
Added 15 mil. I think we are nearly there. Hopefully this is the bottom.
The usually "lack of research" riposte with no substance other than vague promises of good things to come. He looks after himself nearly $500k in pay in the two years of published accounts suggests he is looking after himself quite well. Dilution after dilution does not need explaining, where is the badly lacking research in this statement? Looking forward to seeing your deep, intense research that disproves the statement as you have claimed that it is off the mark.
Not contacted him.He has obviously got something on the go in MX. Don't know what it is but last year he was keen on bringing oilfield services and kit from the US into MX. Under current circumstances there must be lots of UZ operators who would want an 'in' to MX. I still like the gas to power gig: I see UKOG are talking about it in the UK. Seems like an idea whose time has come. IMHO
and showing as a sell... lucky you! (anything from RC lately? ha ha)
Is me. Must be mad.
1 share trade, now there's confidence, lol
LM19 recompletion LM21 Spud Mayan drilling fluid - remediation plant open for business next month Other Abraham Achar downstream oil and gas initiatives in Mexico CPR SC and thats just a few that we know about... Should be at least one other major piece of news imo.... What not to like? Would love to top up at these prices but am up to my eyeballs already!!! Could well be FLA MNG JUNE here.......
Yes, always very important to keep a regular dialog going with the CEOs of companies you are invested in. Generally I find CEOs are interested in their shareholders. Anybody read RNS's properly? So what about Mexico update ago RNS'd 7 weeks ago; does anybody think those discussions might be closer to fruition?? imo Mexico is the focus/prize for Northcote, this strategy takes time to have a meaningful impact....let's see. From RNS 20/4/2016 Business Development Update Abraham Achar, Northcote Vice President responsible for the development of new business opportunities in Mexico, has focused on leveraging existing relationships to develop opportunities outside the remediation business in the downstream sector of Mexico’s energy industry. To this end, Northcote is in discussions with US based providers of services to the downstream oil and gas sector regarding various potential business opportunities, joint ventures or potential acquisitions for purposes of addressing the opportunities in Mexico. Mayan Drilling Fluids remains a critical component of Northcote’s long term strategy both for participation in Mexico’s upstream sector, but also as a platform to leverage into non-oil price dependent, secular growth opportunities in Mexico resulting from the energy reform, including remediation, and potentially other services, within the retail fuel distribution business. Northcote Managing Director Randall J Connally said “We continue to believe that Mexico is a major part of Northcote’s future growth and are excited to be moving forward again with respect to completion of the remediation facility. We are committed to Mexico for the long haul and plan to leverage our existing investment and operations to build a substantial business providing services to the Mexican energy sector. " imo
A lot of us invested heavy in here. NCT is not the only Co who have had to do discount placings.. You and labrat go on as if it's just RC doing this. If you are invested as heavy as you say, please contact RC and have a blast at him? I do.. I wont post all his comments, but as Orslega says, there's much going on behind the scene ATM and over the next few weeks I'm very confident we will start to get regular, rich news flow through.. Orslega : It's obvious you know more than can post.. Please keep up good work :-))
Orslega - we've hearing and watching for over a year now. Mr M is right and it's hard believing anything will come good of this any time soon. I'm invested heavily here, 80% down and would love to see it recover! Just seem to get nothing but placings!
We'll see. Enough said.
"You are asking the wrong questions Mr Magic" Experience of companies engaged in discounted share issues tells me I am not. Always ends the same way. Placing, placing, placing, at ever lower SPs and ever higher volume of shares issued and then a share consolidation to "reset" everything and the whole cycle rinses and repeats. Your endless cut/paste of news items and "jam tomorrow" sound bites isn't going to change the fortunes here. The SP has been decimated and continues to fall. There may well be future jam, but investing early for it just exposes your holding to the dilutions so by the time any jam arrives you are already well down and playing catch-up. This is imo now a traders share which will be spiked before each subsequent placing.
You are asking the wrong questions Mr Magic.....say no more....
You gonna bell up rc and ask him yourself....then post the answer up here...
"badly lacking in the research dept...." Don't know about you but this is all the research I need. The year 2016 thus far . . . Jan SP - approx. 0.07p Jun SP - approx. 0.027p Loss of some 61% in share value in just 6 months ! Jan - shares in issue - 6,981,874,882 Jun - shares in issue - 10,098,253,604 Increase of approx. 45% in just 6 months Just 2 questions . . . 1. When is the next discounted placing? 2. When is the inevitable share consolidation?
