Given yesterday and last weeks fallout in the market I must say that this has held up well
Can only Assume that stock its in safe hands who are waiting for developments
They cant be good Sausage why no results.
Only 0.5p away, with no update from or interest in Edenville.
Why o why are they holding back the December output figures?
Dont be disappointed im not
...in Edenville, that even when the market is red all around, nothing happened Edenville and still only one trade all day!!!
My opinion is very much that Rufus played a large part in where we are today
I wish you nothing but propserity but for me the EDL dream died many years ago with rufus short.
...until we are due January's output figures.
Oh yes, they still haven't given us December's figures
So will Alistair be brave enough this week to tell us what we fear, the December output figures.
If no relevant RNS this week, can see us back at 22p by Friday
Not sure what the point is in telling me the company is dead when you have sold out?
I think we are in for a big year for EDL time will tell
I don't get if something larger is cooking, why that stops the December production figures from being released. Can you explain?
I have been a shareholder of EDL for around 15 years + so I may know a little more than you. Check my posting history. Long since sold out here as it gave me many headaches but if after around 15 years they cant sell enough coal to make money it should be obvious. Many here are clinging to the wreckage.
Still have a suspicion that no news is because something larger is cooking...
Sell up and move on if you don't have any belief in this recovering or changing direction
gets boring when all you see is so much negativity
If EDL is dead what would possess Brandon hill to retain their holding and show support in writing for the company????
If it is dead, I don't get why Tony Buckingham bought 18% of the company...
EDL Is dead, as I predicted many times. Sad but true.
It speaks volumes Alistair
Correction January 12th 2017
Go back to the January 22th 2017 RNS it all started from there in my opinion
"Over the past several months Edenville has received significant formal interest from several companies for long-term coal supply."
"Rufus Short CEO of Edenville Energy commented: "I am very pleased we have been able to reach the stage where we are confident there is a long-term market for the coal from Rukwa. Our goal is to move our asset into generating positive cash flow in the near-term and to become a key supplier of coal in the East Africa region."
And still we sit today with what?
Actually in reading your post again I think you are referring to the years and not a price so apologies for that
I wont be saying we are going to 35,40 or whatever for the same reason ....as of yet no facts
All I am saying is that the company would have to notify us about good or bad news which is material to the shares as an obligation to the plc rules
In conclusion they have nothing to say either way currently ( so its pure speculation either way )and I like you have also been invested in this for a number of years and have shared the pain
All we can do is wait to see what happens next with the direction the company takes and make decisions based on that dont rely see the point in saying we are going to 17 ,15 or whatever based on no facts same as
BB, I have no intention of arguing over that but I have been in this share for over ten years and they have successfully been able to hold back info. I don't know how long that you have been invested here but go back to 2018 series of news releases when they forecast production in excess of 10k tonnes and choosing which customers they were prepared to do business with and the income that EDL expected from 1k tonnes. Then look at where we are now.
Any material news would have to be given to the market either way
PLC rules govern that
