And just when there is a lot of discussion about DRC, Zambian and Slovakian asset, lets not forget that Ortac Resources has an substantial stake in its Eritrean asset as well. - Ortac Resources holds an 18.5% stake in Andiamo Exploration, which is currently exploring the Haykota volcanogenic massive sulphide licence, which covered 271 square km. - Andiamo Exploration is targeting multi million-tonne massive sulphide copper, zinc and gold surface deposits within the licence, as well as multimillion-ounce shear-hosted gold deposits at surface. - Over $5 million have been spent so far in the Eriterian asset, with promising gold grade in some of the targeted area. http://www.miningweekly.com/article/andiamo-exploration-raising-funds-to-explore-eritrea-licences-2017-06-08
ditto !
I think that the feasibility study will confirm that Casa is a major asset with 5-10moz potential. This is just the start of an exciting drill program to significantly expand resources. Add to that Zamsort which is also looking Key to growth prospects and you can easily understand why I’m fully loaded here and could not care less about short term trading.
Very interesting indeed and no wonder they want to focus on Casa which has the potential to be massive and Zambia. I’m going to hold tightly onto my shares. This board knows what they are doing, I guess we knew it from their CVs http://www.ortacresources.com/page.php?pID=133&nc=2
Thanks for the link. I really think Nick comes over very well each time I hear him. He seems very driven in what his aim is. Using words like 'significant' a few times was very comforting. On a slightly negative side he said OTC was financed for the coming months, so that tells me there might well be more fund raising needed in the second half of 2018? other than that this all looks very positive for the medium term.
got excited a while ago in an interview and mentioned 10m oz possible, which seemed fantasy at the time, well if we should achieve 5moz eventually ,as long as we stay independent,it could be ridiculous.
Thanks Knic for posting-----What an upbeat interview.Perhaps most obvious was that Slovakia wasn't mentioned.(is that a done deal?) "WELL IN excess of 2moz" "inferred to indicated" and he is in a hurry employing another rig( RS) and has news on Zambia that wasn't scheduled to be told today.I hope he is as good as he seems !
9mins 25 in.. https://www.**********.co.uk/blogs/nu-oil-gas-nuog-ortac-resources-otc-and-w-resources-wres/
with such a low Mcap here the easiest way for a purchase of Casa would be to buy OTC.That concerns me as it could easily happen before anything like real value is shown in the Mcap.Could NVS stop it ?
We all take on risk when we invest. If you don't like risk SPOT then put your money in premium bonds. I think you're trying to twist my words. Yes i'll always look to short term trade any stock I hold but i'm leaving a long term tranche here as I do like the long term prospects. I think we will have to agree to disagree on that
Even you don't see any long term value here, so you traded it yesterday and made money, good for you, you decided not to do the same today...???? Maybe you know you called it ok yesterday and don't trust it today....your right, no value here for long term growth, maybe trading, but best to keep clear as to risky here.
SPOT - Sold my trading tranche here yesterday @3p then bought back in again late yesterday. Might do the same today. I'm making money here. What about you?
low volume remain @ offer
over 70% higher than current SP
Here we go !!!!!! Can't get a quote, they want your shares, going to multinational, etc... stay clear
Looks like they couldn't get any more money from the market place, so a massive dilution of shares and still need loads of money to do anything.Gold grades ain't great and those that are reasonable are so far down it won't be cast effective to get it out.......dog of a share.
currently
I think many have not worked out yet how much 100% of Casa will be worth not even considering the other assets, but I think they will soon.
yes I agree SI, and MMs will pick up some cheap stock today.
This board clearly know where the value lies, well done from me.
Another 2.7% lovingly gathered in....
Must be rhyming slang. Because that is all you will get here. LoL
D Shox,it may be just as simple as assessing the drills laterally, which could indicate separate, more consistent deposits rather than what would be intermittent if assessed vertically.Would be nice if it is that simple.Time will tell.I wouldn't be at all surprised to see the sp jump again Wed to drop back again,in order to get traders shares.
I can hear the stamping.....very disappointing finish, but tomorrow is another day...this will come good....eventually.
It didnt even hold a gain for one day and so just more fingers burned
