so whats the majority vote? keep or sell?
Good morning all{:-))
Do you live in a clock ?
Balance around 45/50 although would not risk myself.
You have to ask yourself, how low will this PLC be allowed to go? The new guy will probably steady the ship, it's his first CEO role and he's an accountant so you won't see anything radical ( un-like the last one who for some strange reason believed his own hype). Take a longer term view, before long the Chairman will be forced into making a very simple but obvious decision, when he does those shares just may be worth a bob or two...........
These will defo be going down soon but hey they will rocket back up. Wait to deal, it will move the right way.
Just received the big fat divi cheque!!!
I have 18 bags of sand invested in this at the moment, at a good average. I won't be jumping yet.! But my parachute is on, the more I hear the scarier it gets and I won't be sporting a red flare when I bail out.
I have a fair few thousand of shares in here and really don't know if to keep hold or sell. There's hardly any news of whats going on and what changes are around the corner after MR left the business. Is it time to sell???
5k investment. 3k return. its only money. better than being left with my b4lls in my hand and no money. initially had 10k invested. put 5k elsewhere at no loss luckily. swings and roundabouts. regret investing here. might look at inchcape. steady rises, buy and swallow alot of their own shares which is always good. GLA DYOR. Biggs.
someone's talking a bit of sense! they were the good old days under Mr W. absolutely no chance of him returning thou....heard somewhere he's on a million plus salary and speedy are struggling to pay the electricity bill!!!! as regards to hanging on to shares I'd sell them all before half year figures are released.....you've been warned!!
Speedy once had a great model, strong leadership and clear direction.......all these factors could be repeated with the right CEO. Industry knowledge should not be underestimated as this has been the weakness of the current and last leader. Sadly Mr C lost the balance in the team around him, without he was free to change things every time he had a latest idea and the business lost its identity. I never thought I would hear myself say it (just don't like the man) but someone should try very hard to temp Mr W back. Few if any could doubt his success at Speedy and from what I can see his career has gone from strength to strength since leaving.......the market is strong and I'm sure speedy can be, hang on to those shares
Good morning all{:-))
I'll leave you to turn the lights off.! I was gone long ago..! When it was in the 80's last year, with respect it's said to see, but if your waiting I hope your not near retirement age, if you are I'd book a plot, order the wooden overcoat and don't buy any box sets, this will be on its backside for quite some time yet.
Well shut the door on your way out then{:-))
Dream on.!!! Pathetic.
Who are these two chancer's..!!! Bet their portfolio is looking rather grim.!! Long long wait for the good morning..! As for investors, I'd rather pan for gold than invest in this shower.!!
Good day all{:-))
a dividend of 0.004p and you pair have got nice cheques?? the only cheques you 2 need are reality checks!
nice cheque here too!
Yes my divi cheque came as well hope we start to rise back up soon {:-))
nice cheque in the post today from speedy we may be down but when the right boss is appointed and it will happen all will look good again strong buy
Good day all. Hope for a better day than tuesday {:-))
They have new plant sat doing nothing, no vehicles to deliver any of it and provide a professional service.! Experienced staff in all divisions, on the ground where it is needed leaving. No leadership, no kit.! The Plant side of the business is a time bomb and when it goes get ready.! You only have to speak with people who know, there are a lot of people on here who have become to emotional about this share, all I will say to them is go visit a Speedy depot, open your eyes and ask a few open questions and listen.! It's not good, not good at all. Those that think it is, you have a very long wait. Time enough to grow a superb beard like Doctor Billy Gibbons and he's waiting for the bus, because Jesus just left for Chicago.!!
Good morning all{:-))
