Botswana Copper/Silver Project - 75m Zone of Mineralisation Intersected below T3

Metal Tiger plc (LON:MTR) the London Stock Exchange AIM listed investor in strategic natural resource opportunities is pleased to provide an update with regard to the Company’s Joint Venture (“JV”) project with partners MOD Resources (ASX:MOD) in the Kalahari Copper Belt in Botswana (70% MOD Resources / 30% Metal Tiger). Shareholders should note that in addition to the 30% holding in the JV, MTR holds 81,102,302 MOD shares, equivalent to 5.1% of MOD’s issued share capital and 1,541,667 MOD warrants at an exercise price of 6p.

Any thoughts in regards to the 6p ,it doesn't seem to look right .

Can anyone tell me why SNRP are doing deals with MTR if they are suppoed to be in liquidation, because looking at the MTR discussion thread it loks like they are entering into a deal with MTR in Botswana.

Investigation
30 Jul '14
Looking back over some time, and over RNS, accounts and some research, it appears thAt SNR was badly damaged before the most recent appointments, and even now I suspect that there disclosures that are not bring made. SNR has been a mess for some considerable time, and one wonders what the previous board were actually doing. It is now questionable what the ZA Government will do in relation to the license at Eletheni, as they must surely be asking serious questions.

I believe that there may be a number of ongoing activities to find a workable solution, it will come down to, who as an appetite to take this on, proper funding, the team to take it forward, and credibility with the ZA government.

Unlikely to be an AIM investigation as it is no longer their problem, and they are overworked at present.

AIM Investigation
30 Jul '14
Is there any chance that there will ever be a regulatory investigation of the entire board of directors including Mr. Bonnar (who would like to be seen to be above this sorry mess) but all must share in the responsibility for this debacle! Someone (actually lots of the directors) should be held to account....resigning as a director should not be seen or used as a means of avoiding responsibility.
Or
Will it be the usual story of Ordinary Shareholders being shafted while those who should have discharged their fiduciary duty towards shareholders actually merrily collected directors fees for the fantastic job they did destroying a genuine business.
As I mentioned in a post over 2 months ago, the smart people in this whole saga appear to have been the Nels who sold their shares at reasonably good prices in comparison to where it has all ended.

Is there a process by which a formal complaint can be lodged against all those who held directorships at any stage over the past 18 months (including those currently on the board)?

Am I (and subst in his 6.39 post) reading this right, that even though you prev said Bonnar told you Millenium was terminated as a result of adverse BB comments/links re Minmet/Tucumcari etc he still thinks Millenium will rise in price?

So instead of reporting the suspicion of a scam he's prepared to go along with it so as to get a better price for his shares?

Pls correct me if I'm reading your post incorrectly!

The registrar for the new exchange will go by the registered holdings on AIM and will allocate shares pro-rata in much the same way as happens with share consolidations and dividend payouts. No need to worry about that particular aspect IMHO.

Has anyone wondered why Elitheni hasn't been snatched up already after all of this time???? Bad amanagement all around as well as condition of coal. IPP will be the key if the SA Gov. allows one at this mine.

Millennium ..... can't believe people would still try to sell that to innocent people.... that's the human race for you....

Sure would like to know what wells Miillennium had an interest in???

To think Minmet must be close on that SA transaction to bail them out..... or is that were?

I see wonderslots is on here rubbishing anyone who can be bothered to try and do some research and then share it .
I thought I would come over here and join the fun.
Its funny how his sentiments on here echo my own lol.
The reason it is a going concern is the 266 million tonnes of coal in the ground and the worlds hunger for it , oh yeah and second only to hydro in the EROEI table .

Can Someone E-mail Bonnar
27 Jul '14
re his Millenium shares if they've got his address as I think this needs answering ASAP? (They're not answering mails sent to enquiries@snrplc.com address on their web site - I asked them about the 90 days repayment period FWIW, although it was b4 no new Nomad RNS).
