This smells like news is due or something improving and dont think the price is just rising without a reason.
Further good rise this morning - shares changing hands at almost 48p.
Agree, good sign!
good to see LO increasing yesterday.only a very modest increase but a very significant vote of confidence IMO.
Yes the one at 16:11pm was a buy. In fact a few buys appearing as sells today. I know cos one of them was mine.
Someone is happy to pay 44p for the 2 largest volume trades of the day. OK, they show as sells but there had to be a buyer expecting to make money off a 44p price.
interesting series of posts by pinkish over on ADVFN, regarding reference in 2019 annual report and accounts to a non core element held for sale.see note 22 apparently.not a major item but something which may help to address the debt issue to a small extent.worth a quick look on ADVFN imo.
If this was given a fintech rating we wouldn't be at this price.
interesting spot bunco.thanks.
It used to always say 'coming soon' next to the accelerated payment facility section on the US version of the proactis website. However, I notice that this has now been removed and they are giving demos and offerings the service to the US market!
agree with all that bunco and perhaps we should add the Dbay factor, whatever it is
Just thinking about what will drive the share price up over the coming months and the following areas come to mind. 1) News on additional board member 2) additional new signings to bepayd, 3) half year results (showing further improvement in ARR) 4) selling off of none core element of business and associated funds raised from such a sale and savings of more streamlined business model 5) debt reduction through increased profitability and any none core sell off, 6) reinstatement of divided. There are no doubt more such as further new product development, improved partnerships etc, but the above 6 I expect to see have a positive impact in 2021.
Great news and a good endorsement. They have some decent partners to work with. It has just struck me how diverse their end customers are and a good sign too. Retail, oil and gas, Gov, Education, Property, Charity, Finance and others.
Think some picked up on this from a different source a week or so back, but update now on the proactis news page.

yes it's a solid purchase.good to see.
Well he made a statement and its a welcome one. Seeing anyone other than DBAY buy is OK with me as their buys are an admission no one else is interested and they are in control.
Get out from under DBAY control of the share price!
He knows we won't be here for long.
and positive newsflow due.
managed to listen to tim sykes's podcast with justin waite from yesterday and very interested to hear him talk of phd having, after two difficult years, reached an inflection point.sounds very positive.
thanks bunco.i will see if i can get on the podcast but expect ill get the same problem.anyway good news today.
Yeah it's on vox. Tim is on a podcast there too today. Suggesting there is further positive rns to come over next few months!
bunco i can't access the article (i assume its vox markets and for some reason my macbook firewall never lets me read them), but from what you say i think that is exactly right and possibly why they have RNSd it.
Reading the ********** article linked below this contract could be of way higher significance than I initially thought as it sounds like from the statement below that the bepayd product itself will be made available to the 65,000 suppliers (to offer accelerated invoice payments to their suppliers) rather than just used by Expertbuy to offer accelerated invoice payments to the 65,000 suppliers. "bePayd will therefore enable Experbuy’s suppliers to quickly pay an approved invoice, in return for a small discount, which is perfect for the ‘long tail’ of small suppliers in the supply chain." The fact it say "enable Experbuy’s suppliers to quickly pay an approved invoice" rather than receive payment against an approved invoice, suggests that each of the 65,000 suppliers will have use of bepayd. How is everyone else interpreting this?
The RNS does clearly state that "This contract is for Experbuy to deploy bePayd for use by its own suppliers, which aggregates to approximately €180 million of annual spend across 65,000 suppliers." However, as mentioned I had assumed that it was for the suupliers to receive accerlarated payments rather than be able to offer accelerated payments to their suppliers.

Good point farhantahir, thanks for that, devil in the details! Nevertheless a great result and yes a nice big company name to pitch with in regards to clients already using the software, exciting times here and very much under the radar!
