Thx Ivy..I was looking at the analysis of brokers rather than the small buys.
"We won’t be past 5p December 2020 is my estimate"
Scott, the share price was showing some recovery last Monday/Tuesday and there was very small volumes available under 4p up till AMP started to sell which dragged the sp down to this level. Saying that, since Monday and up till Friday afternoon, no MM lowered his ASK below 5p and they fixed their BIDs at 3p so in my opinion if AMP sold last week all the volume they wanted to sell then the sp will head back to above 4p on Monday (Presuming no other ii will sell).
Friday's trading activity was very similar to Thursday 's so I think we will get another RNS on Monday saying AMP sold another 1% of their holdings.
Hi Hasiba
The point about “ institutions” buying small amounts on Nasdaq has been covered before. Some if them are actually MMs.
Scott..
Morning
The sp moves on market sentiment and business prospects and not necessarily on business profits or loss,so any announcement or even rumours of positive and stability news..the market sentiment moves the sp up.
You buy shares and sell them on the same thoughts.
For me and other new investors who bought recently at low between 3-4 p ...I don’t think we need to wait long to make a good profits here but I agree with Ivy and you of people who bought at high may have to wait much longer to recoup their money.
So all depends on what entry sp point you bought in.
This risky buy has a massive rewards at this sp entry imo. I hold a very large holding now.
We all need to be a bit patient here imv.
Morning,
Things MTFB could do to get SP above 10p within short term.
1.Announce FDA want to hold an additional trial which is smaller than a full phase 3.
2.Announce funding for such a trial such as a commercial partner/private placing/ charitable.
3.Announce a commercial partnership.
4.Holdings RNSs showing an increase in ownership.
I am not saying these will or will not happen. What people imo are looking for is clarification on what is required and how to fund it to get Approval for Iclaprim. These are the main risks. If these risks together with confidence shown by Hercules/Invesco/SG etc nor foreclosing or selling down are overcome and can be in the short term then I believe sentiment will return even if the Pathway is 12-18 months away.
Buying at sub 10p levels once those initial risks have been overcome with a very strong likelihood of a confirmed way forward then I believe many will be scrambling to get in but until then I like many will wait and watch
Why don't you just wait for the RNS outlining the way forward ?
Until then, there really isn't much to discuss
Back to more positive mood and what Ivy posted this morning which was great and I do like your posts and many others too...very balanced and constructive..
I think we must have reached the bottom of the sp or very near and a bounce up is coming with any stabilising or positive forthcoming news.
Next week may be revealing.
Motif will survive and will be on right path soon and it will not make any sense to abandon Iclaprim...no way this can happen imo.
I have added more on Friday at 3.30p as I can see this a multi baggers investment.
It is just my opinion.
Chin up guys and girls!
