Interview...

Excellent news that #DISH had been approached by an institution to provide an offer of “significant expansion capital” which means the company is fully funded until 2021

New to this disruptive technology idea? Then maybe read this article on @bigdishIR

Fully funded to 2021 and acceleration of ambitions can only be a positive in my eyes. 285m shares to 315m is small dilution when you consider what doors it opens longer term and financial stability into 2021. Similar principle to the bidstack placing ie. to accelerate growth not survive. They were at 21p, placed at 12pish, it fell to about 14p and a few weeks later it's now over 30p. Dish is 8.4p and placed at 7.2p I think, so and fall back is likely to be small and quickly bought up, if it happens at all. The longer we have the cash in the bank and faster we can grow, the longer we can hold out on acquisition and the bigger the acquisition cost will be which could be a huge difference in value to shareholders. Exciting times ahead.

Thanks for that.

I like the idea of Halifax, big, substantial and safe.

I have heard complaints in the past about them but will look into it.

Price is okay so the only downside is the extra dilution.

I don't think it'll make things go much quicker because they will have had plenty of cash as not only have they not spent much of the IPO raise with only 2 territory managers and apparently the directors not taking salaries (according to monty) but they also have revenue coming in from diners.

A surprise capital raise at 7.2p agreed end of May, not giving shares away art that price.

More importantly the comments by Sanj about future expansion plans, some of which are imminent, really show this is about to fly.

Hold on to your hats over the next two days and welcome a 10p sp.

I am fed up with ii on several levels, particular a cost level.

Have any posters suggestions other brokers with a relatively economical and efficient service?

Thanks in advance.

I've had a few beers tonight so will limit what I say, but the lack of research and lack of knowledge about this investment and type of market we're in is scary.

Have a great evening.

Just another ignorant comment from someone who has obviously done no research. I wouldnt underestimate the potential growth of Dish. Lots of news to come.

Thanks dryland.

Interesting. Warrants aren't all that bad as its cash in the bank for BigDish in the short term.

Haven't posted this week or last.

What an amazing move to 8p!

Great stuff.

Thumbs up to all the posters who stuck to it despite the deramping.

Waiting for update this Friday and national roll out.

No but you can build a business with the tech behind the 141 restaurants.
We have listened to the same old rubbish since 1.5p.

Someone posted this on ADVFN:

"You cannot build a significant business on just 141 live sites....
These guys have to drive restaurant sign up's quickly from here, and they have to hold onto sites to be successful.
I cannot see Dish being a 'Buy' until they significantly more cities and restaurants live and they prove their model works."

My response

"You are thinking of excuses not to invest. By the time the company succeeds in fulfilling your wishes the stock will be significantly higher. The model does not need to be proven in the UK because it's already proven abroad both in Asia and with TripAdvisor's The Fork. Get on the bandwagon and don't worry about short term issues...you obviously haven't done your research as u clearly say that the model is not proven when it has been abroad and in the uk. It was proven in the UK with Table Pouncer who bigdish acquired."

Sp is also doing well because people that understand the business are buying up the shares.

All it needs is research.
5 Jun '19
Some what surprised at the amount of concerns over funding.
Basic research will show It has categorically been stated many times by AB that funding is not required. It has also been stated that areas 1 and 2 should be at break even in the next few months.
Those who think funding is an issue have not understood what a yield management platform is,does or how it works.
DISH is a digital company investing in an intangible asset.
e.g. Facebooks intangible asset value outweighs its tangible asset value by about 55 to 1
DISHs results will be rubbish and of no consequence to the progress of the value of the APP
Which is why the sp is doing well.

there are 18,843,294 second pre ipo warrants with an expiry date of 12 months from admission at 100% premium to issue price. All the others are a mixture of 18,24 and 36 months from admission this is on page 175 of the Hardman doc.
