Withdrawal of Resolution
On 17 January 2017, GRIT announced that consideration of Resolution 4 at the general meeting held on 16 January 2017 had been deferred to an adjourned general meeting to be held within 30 days.
The directors of the Company have decided to withdraw this resolution and the adjourned general meeting will no longer re-convene.
