African Platinum Plc06 March 2007 Immediate Release African Platinum plc - Extension of warrant expiry date In light of the recent recommended offer (the "Offer") for African Platinum plc("the Company") from Impala Platinum Holdings Limited ("Implats") the Companyhas resolved that the expiry date for the 5,719,904 listed warrants with ISINcode GB0031667164 which have been issued but not yet exercised be extended from30 April 2007 to 30 June 2007. In all other respects the rights of the warrantsremain unchanged. Unlisted warrants may be exercised in accordance with their terms and will notautomatically lapse pursuant to the Offer.
