The deal is Mobile Streams' first major customer winfor its Vuesia platform and return on investment from developing the Vuesiaplatform. Under the terms of the agreement, Mobile Streams used its proprietary technologyplatform "Vuesia" to format "The Da Vinci Code" into mobile-ready video, audioand graphic formats. For example, the video clips are approximately two minuteslong and offer mobile users glimpses into different scenes of the famous "DaVinci Code" story. Vuesia was created from scratch within Mobile Streams to handle complex 3Gcontent. It provides a solution to the technical challenge posed by multiplenetworks, handsets and operating standards by offering a full service mobilemedia management solution - from content ingestion, management and delivery tobilling and reporting. Vuesia was able to 'mobilise' short clips from "The Da Vinci Code" to meet thespecifications of 13 different European mobile content carriers includingVodafone Global, 3 UK and 3 Italy. Vuesia automatically delivered the content toeach carrier in their preferred delivery specification, enabling more rapidsubscriber access.
