Zotefoams PLC30 July 2007 Zotefoams Plc (the "Company") Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, we arerequired to notify the market of the following: As at the date of this notice the Company's capital consists of 36,402,608ordinary 5p shares with each share carrying one vote. None of these shares areheld in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Zotefoams plcis 36,402,608.
