As at 10 May 2016, the issued share capital of Petropavlovsk consisted of 3,303,768,532 ordinary shares, with a nominal value of 1 pence each. Petropavlovsk does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in Petropavlovsk is 3,281,393,974 ordinary shares.
