All of these shares carry votingrights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. The above figure of 50,831,130 for shares in the Fund carrying voting rights maybe used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which theywill determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change totheir interest in, the Fund under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
