This announcement is made in accordance with DTR5.6.1.
On 31 December 2015 Stobart Group's capital consisted of 354,328,831 ordinary shares of 10 pence each. The number of shares held in Treasury was 10,006,700.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in Stobart Group Ltd is 344,322,131.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Stobart Group under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
