Finsbury Food Group plc ("Finsbury Food" of "Finsbury") Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 the directors of Finsbury Food would like to notify the market that Finsbury's issued share capital consists of 26,265,168 ordinary shares of 1p each as at the date of this announcement. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Finsbury Food Group plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
