Chime Communications plc confirms that as at 30th September 2014 its issued share capital consisted of 99,269,657 ordinary shares each with voting rights. No ordinary shares were held in treasury.

The figure of 99,269,657 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Chime Communications plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
