VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Photo-Me International plc ("the Company") hereby notifies the market that at 28 March 2013, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 371,208,211 ordinary 0.5p shares.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 371,208,211.

The above figure of 371,208,211 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
