UTV Media plc Appoints Non-Executive Director

29 May 2014 UTV MEDIA PLC APPOINTS ROISIN BRENNAN AS A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR The Board of UTV Media plc is pleased to announce the appointment ofRóisín Brennan BCL, FCA (49) as a Non-Executive Director with effect from1 June 2014. Róisín will also take on the role of Non-Executive Chair of UTVIreland Limited, the group's new television channel which will launch inIreland in 2015. Róisín is a former Chief Executive of IBI Corporate Finance where she hadextensive experience advising public companies in Ireland. Ms Brennan is currently a Non-Executive Director of DCC plc and Coillte Teo.She graduated from UCD with a degree in Law before qualifying as a charteredaccountant with Arthur Andersen in Dublin.
